Prof. Simon Ho, vice rector (academic affairs) of the University of Macau (UM), has been appointed editor-in-chief of the Asian Journal of Business Ethics (AJBE), effective 1 January 2014. Published by the internationally-renowned academic publisher Springer Netherland, AJBE publishes top-quality research articles from a wide variety of methodological and disciplinary perspectives concerning ethical issues related to business in Asia.

Like its top-tiered sister publication, the Journal of Business Ethics, AJBE explores and analyses the moral dimensions of production, marketing, consumption, accounting, economics, corporate governance, labour relations, and organisational behaviour, while taking into account the unique societal, cultural and ethical perspectives of the region. The journal is well-known for benefitting a broad international readership with interest in business ethics and corporate social responsibility, including universities, business schools, government agencies, non-government organisations, business communities, and consumer groups.
