The 38th Lecture of the University of Macau (UM) Distinguished Lecture Series, entitled “From a Team Leader to a School Leader”, was held recently. Dr. Kou Kam Fai, principle of Pui Ching Middle School and member of UM’s University Council, was the keynote speaker. He talked about his experiences from a volleyball player to a secondary school principal and shared his keys to success.
