The International Conference on Macao, Guangdong and South East Asia During the Age of Exploration will be held at UM’s University Library on 28 July and 29 July. The conference is co-organized by the Research Centre for Chinese Culture affiliated with the Department of Chinese, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Macau (UM), and Guangdong Research Centre for Maritime History affiliated with the Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences. The opening ceremony and plenary session will take place at 9:00 on 28 July in Auditorium II in the University Library. Other group sessions will be held in Auditorium II and RC02 in the University Library. All are welcome.
