The Men’s Basketball Team of the University of Macau (UM) won the championship at the 27th Chinese University Basketball Association League (CUBAL) Division 3 National Finals, earning the title of ‘national champion’. Yang Xuan, one of the team members, was also awarded the Men’s MVP Award.
The national finals took place in Jinjiang, Fujian from 5 June to 10 June, and featured 16 teams—all champions of the four CUBAL divisions. In the championship match, the UM team defeated Quanzhou College of Technology and claimed victory, achieving the best result in the team’s history.
