The University of Macau (UM) on Thursday 11 May will hold a talk titled ‘Promoting the Spirit of Space Exploration and Developing China’s Space Industry’ as part of the University Lecture Series. Ye Peijian, technical advisor and research fellow of the China Academy of Space Technology and member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, will be the guest speaker. During the talk, he will discuss the spirit of space exploration fostered by practitioners in China’s space industry as well as the country’s outstanding achievements in important areas such as satellite application, manned spaceflights, and deep-space exploration.
The talk will begin at 2:30pm in the Multi-function Hall of the UM Guest House (N1-G014) and will be conducted in Mandarin. All are welcome.
