The University of Macau (UM) Women’s Basketball Team recently won a gold medal in the 2020-2021 Macau University Basketball Championship, while the university’s Men’s Basketball Team won a bronze medal in the same event. Organised by the Macau Universitarian Sports Association, this year’s event attracted basketball teams from seven higher education institutions in Macao, namely UM, City University of Macau, Macao Institute for Tourism Studies, Macao Polytechnic Institute, University of Saint Joseph, Macau University of Science and Technology, and Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau.
