The 27th lecture of University of Macau (UM) Distinguished Lecture Series–“Economic Reform and the Transition of Higher Education Operation Mechanism in China” took place at UM on 18 September. Peking University professor Min Weifang, a former Party Secretary and chairman of Peking University Council, was the speaker. Prof. Min shared his views on China’s higher education and its operation mechanism under the country’s economic reform.
