The University of Macau (UM) and Hangzhou Normal University (HSU) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on collaboration in education and science. The MOU was signed by the Yonghua Song, rector of UM, and Fang Liang, deputy party secretary and vice president of HSU. The MOU aims to establish a mechanism for mutual visits and collaboration between the two universities and to strengthen collaboration in education and training, scientific research, and the exchange of faculty members and students. The document was signed during a visit from a delegation of leaders from Hangzhou to Macao. In addition to the MOU, representatives of both cities also signed an MOU on education development and student exchange.
