UM student leaders visit universities in Shanghai

19 student leaders from the University of Macau (UM) Students’ Union, sports associations, and sports sub-clubs, participated in an exchange trip to Shanghai from 20 May to 24 May. During the five-day trip, the students visited three universities, namely Fudan University, Tongji University, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and exchanged ideas with Shanghai students on college life, the management of student organisations, and experience in organising sports activities for students. The trip was organised by the Office of Sports Affairs. The student delegation was led by Haydn Chen, vice rector (students affairs) of UM; Paul Pang, dean of students; and Grace Chau, head of the Student Development Section and acting director of the Office of Sports Affairs.
