Department of Communication students participate in learning trip to western China

Nine students from the University of Macau (UM) Department of Communication recently participated in a trip to western China to learn more about the country’s modern history. During the two-week trip, the students travelled more than 5,000 kilometres from Beijing to Jiayuguan and visited Yan’an, Xi’an, and Lanzhou. The activity was co-organised by various universities in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Hong Kong Baptist University, UM, and Fu Jen Catholic University.
