Qin Yin, the annual publication of the University of Macau’s (UM) Chinese Studies Club, has been released.
The name of the publication, “Qin Yin”, which means “the voice of Hengqin”, aims to express good wishes for the new campus. Its editor-in-chief, who is a student from the Department of Chinese, says that this second issue definitely has some room for improvement since the publication is still in its infancy, but those on the editorial and publication teams have tried their best to improve everything from the content and paper quality to printing and design. The Chinese Studies Club hopes this annual publication can provide a platform for UM students to showcase their writing talent and freely express their opinions.Free copies are now available on the magazine racks on the current campus.
