UM students win two more medals at East Asian Games

University of Macau (UM) students won two more medals at the Sixth East Asian Games (EAG) held in Tianjin. Chong Wai Lon from the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Business Administration, won a bronze medal in karate in the Men’s Individual 60kg category. Wong Sok I from the Department of Portuguese, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, won a bronze medal in karate in the Women’s Individual 50kg category. Earlier UM members Choi Sut Ian and Chu Chi Wai won a bronze medal in diving and a silver medal in martial arts respectively at the East Asian Games.
