The University of Macau’s (UM) Student Affairs Office and Dance Society co-organised a dance performance on 18 March at the Cultural Centre, as part of the celebrations of the university’s Cultural & Arts Festival 2013. The audience was given a visual feast of different types of dances, including breaking dance, hiphop, street jazz, jazz, funk and ballet. HRC and Zeal Dance, two dance studios in Macao, wowed the audience with their dazzling performances. The event came to a climax with all dancers dancing together. A member from HRC said during the interview that they have played at various UM events over the years and they are grateful for the support of the audience. Quennell Zou, a second-year student from the Faculty of Business Administration, was very impressed by the performance, saying that the performance brought back precious memories of his life on campus.
