A delegation led by Wang Yi, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of the People’s Public Security University of China (PPSUC), visited the University of Macau (UM) today (22 July) and was warmly received by Yonghua Song, rector of UM. He also expressed hope that future exchanges will yield significant outcomes and benefit higher education and professional development on both sides.

The delegation held discussions with UM professors, including Tong Io Cheng, dean of the UM Faculty of Law, on research collaboration in legal studies, criminology, and international law enforcement. The delegation also visited the UM Wu Yee Sun Library, where they learned about the university’s library collection and academic support systems.
