The University of Macau (UM) will hold a talk titled ‘Personalised Medicine: Embedding Genomics in the Real World’ on 3 July (Thursday) as part of its University Lecture Series. Anneke Lucassen, professor of genomic medicine in the Nuffield Department of Medicine at the University of Oxford, will be the speaker. During the talk, Prof Lucassen will present cases of clinical application and discuss how genomics is transforming modern healthcare approaches, ranging from precision oncology to health risk prediction. She will also analyse current applications of genomics and its future trends.

The talk will begin at 3:00pm in the Auditorium of the UM Library (E2-G012), and will be conducted in English. All are welcome to attend.
