The Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) and the University of Macau (UM) recently co-organised the fourth leadership training course for civil servants in Macao and the closing ceremony for the course was held at UM. During the event, UM Acting Rector Michael Hui and SAFP Director Kou Peng Kuan presented certificates of completion to 27 students. The ceremony was also attended by Cheong Weng Chon, secretary for administration and justice of Macao; Hu Weixing, dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of UM; and Shui Bing, head of the Public Administration Training Centre of UM.
