style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:normal\">\u54e1\u5de5\uff1a\u898b\u8b49\u6fb3\u5927\u6210\u9577\u8b8a\u9077<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>1989\u5e74\uff0c\u4e00\u6b21\u5076\u7136\u6a5f\u6703\u4e0b\uff0c\u539f\u672c\u5728\u5df4\u58eb\u516c\u53f8\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u8f1d\u54e5\u52a0\u5165\u6fb3\u5927\u7e3d\u52d9\u90e8\u4efb\u8077\u53f8\u6a5f\uff0c\u5f9e\u6b64\u958b\u59cb\u8207\u6fb3\u5927\u9577\u905423\u5e74\u7684\u7de3\u4efd\uff1a\u5f9e\u653f\u5e9c\u6536\u8cfc\u6771\u4e9e\u5927\u5b78\u4e26\u65bc1991\u5e74\u6539\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u300d\uff0c\u5230\u4eca\u5e74\u5927\u5b78\u5c07\u9077\u5165\u6a6b\u7434\u65b0\u6821\u5340\uff0c\u8f1d\u54e5\u5168\u7a0b\u898b\u8b49\u5927\u5b78\u767c\u5c55\u8b8a\u9077\uff0c\u300c\u7576\u5e74\u5927\u5b78\u9084\u5728\u5c71\u982d\uff0c\u4e2d\u798f\u82b1\u5712\u90fd\u672a\uff08\u5efa\uff09\u8d77\uff0c\u65b0\u4e16\u7d00\uff08\u9152\u5e97\uff09\u4e5f\u662f\u525b\uff08\u5efa\uff09\u8d77\u3002\u90a3\u6642\u6fb3\u5927\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u5f88\u5c11\uff0c\u54e1\u5de5\u4e5f\u4e0d\u591a\uff0c\u7e3d\u52d9\u90e8\u5f97\u6211\u4e00\u500b\u53f8\u6a5f\uff0c\u5176\u9918\u5169\u500b\u662f\u6821\u9577\u53f8\u6a5f\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u4e5c\u90fd\u5305\u66ec\u4e00\u8173\u8e22\u3002\u300d\u52a0\u5165\u6fb3\u5927\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u8f1d\u54e5\u8ca0\u8cac\u9001\u4ea4\u4fe1\u4ef6\u3001\u63a5\u9001\u8cd3\u5ba2\uff0c\u300c\u90a3\u6642\u8eca\u4e0d\u591a\uff0c\u6211\u9084\u8a66\u904e\u958b\u6821\u5df4\u53bb\u9001\u6587\u4ef6\u3001\u53d6\u90f5\u5305\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5c0d\u6bd4\u73fe\u6642\u5927\u5b78\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4ed6\u611f\u6168\u826f\u591a\uff0c\u300c\u73fe\u5728\u5b78\u6821\u5404\u65b9\u9762\u90fd\u5b8c\u5584\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u6709\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u9019\u5e7e\u5e74\u5b78\u6821\u767c\u5c55\u5f97\u9019\u9ebc\u597d\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u770b\u898b\u4e86\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f88\u958b\u5fc3\uff01\u300d\u5b78\u6821\u767c\u5c55\u4e86\uff0c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e5f\u66f4\u7e41\u91cd\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u8f1d\u54e5\u8aaa\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u7121\u6240\u8b02\uff0c\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u591a\u6c92\u6709\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u662f\u505a\u5f97\u958b\u5fc3\u3002\u300d\u9664\u4e86\u64d4\u4efb\u526f\u6821\u9577\u7684\u53f8\u6a5f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u65e5\u5e38\u6587\u4ef6\u9001\u905e\u7b49\u8077\u8cac\uff0c\u8f1d\u54e5\u4e5f\u8981\u652f\u63f4\u5176\u4ed6\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u300c\u73fe\u5728\u5b78\u751f\u591a\u4e86\u3001\u8001\u5e2b\u591a\u4e86\uff0c\u54e1\u5de5\u4e5f\u591a\u4e86\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5c07\u4f86\u6fb3\u5927\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u6240\u6709\u540d\u7684\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4e5f\u8a31\u90a3\u6642\u6211\u5df2\u9000\u4f11\u56c9\uff01\u300d\u8f1d\u54e5\u7b11\u8a00\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p><b
