style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:normal;\">\u85e5\u5b78\u7537\u8981\u7576\u5e25\u6c23\u8faf\u624b<\/b><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:normal;\"><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>\u51fa\u751f\u53ca\u6210\u9577\u65bc\u5317\u4eac\uff0c\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u8eab\u4e0a\u6709\u8457\u591a\u91cd\u89d2\u8272\u7684\u50b3\u5947\u8272\u5f69\uff0c\u5f9e\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u90e8\u7684\u85e5\u5b78\u751f\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u4e2d\u85e5\u5b78\u78a9\u58eb\uff0c\u5230\u300a\u751f\u547d\u6642\u5831\u300b\u3001\u300a\u8ca1\u7d93\u300b\u3001\u300a\u65b0\u4e16\u7d00\u300b\u9031\u520a\u8a18\u8005\uff0c\u518d\u5230\u6fb3\u5927\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u85e5\u535a\u58eb\u3002\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\uff0c\u628a\u770b\u4f3c\u516b\u687f\u5b50\u6253\u4e0d\u8457\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u8a5e\u300c\u91ab\u5b78\u300d\u3001\u300c\u8faf\u624b\u300d\u548c\u300c\u8a18\u8005\u300d\u5de7\u5999\u5730\u4e32\u9023\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3002\u800c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u300c\u6700\u4f73\u8faf\u624b\u300d\u9019\u4e00\u8eab\u4efd\u7d66\u6fb3\u5927\u4eba\u7559\u4e0b\u4e86\u6df1\u523b\u5370\u8c61\uff0c\u7528\u300c\u6fb3\u5927\u9435\u9f52\u9285\u7259\u300d\u5f62\u5bb9\u4ed6\u7d72\u6beb\u4e0d\u70ba\u904e\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u6fb3\u5927\u9435\u9f52\u9285\u7259\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u990a\u6210\u7684\uff1f\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u8868\u793a\u4e94\u6b72\u90a3\u5e74\u5728\u96fb\u8996\u4e0a\u770b\u904e\u4e00\u5834\u8faf\u8ad6\u8cfd\uff0c\u8cfd\u5834\u4e0a\u8faf\u624b\u5e25\u6c23\u7684\u6a21\u6a23\u5728\u4ed6\u8166\u6d77\u4e2d\u7559\u4e0b\u4e86\u4e0d\u53ef\u78e8\u6ec5\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u3002\u300c\u90a3\u8faf\u624b\u5728\u53f0\u4e0a\u8aaa\u8a71\u5f88\u5e25\u3001\u5f88\u9177\u3002\u5c0d\uff0c\u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u90a3\u7a2e\u611f\u89ba\u9084\u883b\u4e0d\u932f\u7684\uff0c\u6bd4\u8f03\u559c\u6b61\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u300c\u770b\u90a3\u5834\u6bd4\u8cfd\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u7236\u89aa\u4e5f\u5728\u5834\uff0c\u8aaa\u4e86\u4e00\u53e5\uff1a\u300e\u4ed6\u5011\u633a\u53b2\u5bb3\u7684\u3002\u300f\u4ed6\u7576\u6642\u9019\u9ebc\u4e00\u8aaa\uff0c\u6211\u5fc3\u88e1\u7559\u4e86\u500b\u5370\u8c61\u3002\u300d\u7236\u89aa\u7d66\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u7684\u8faf\u8ad6\u4e4b\u8def\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7cbe\u795e\u52d5\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u6bcd\u89aa\u5728\u751f\u6d3b\u7d30\u7bc0\u4e2d\u935b\u934a\u4e86\u4ed6\u4e0d\u5c11\u3002\u300c\u8b80\u4e2d\u5b78\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5bb6\u7fd2\u6163\u908a\u5403\u98ef\uff0c\u908a\u770b\u65b0\u805e\u3002\u9047\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u8a71\u984c\uff0c\u6211\u6703\u8ddf\u6211\u6bcd\u89aa\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u8a0e\u8ad6\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7df4\u4e86\u5634\u548c\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:normal;\">\u5f9e\u5317\u5927\u5230\u6fb3\u5927\u3000\u8d70\u8fd1\u6700\u4f73\u8faf\u624b<\/b><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:normal;\"><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>\u5927\u4e00\u6642\uff0c\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u9996\u6b21\u8d70\u4e0a\u8faf\u8ad6\u53f0\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6\u5766\u8a00\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u5927\u5b78\u671f\u9593\u53c3\u8207\u7684\u8faf\u8ad6\u6bd4\u8cfd\u53ea\u670910\u5834\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5168\u662f\u6821\u5167\u6bd4\u8cfd\uff0c\u771f\u6b63\u6295\u5165\u5230\u570b\u969b\u5316\u7684\u8faf\u8ad6\u4e2d\u662f\u4f86\u6fb3\u5927\u4e4b\u5f8c\u3002\u300c\u6211\u4f86\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6c92\u60f3\u5230\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u80fd\u7e7c\u7e8c\u53c3\u52a0\u8faf\u8ad6\u3002\u300d\u6fb3\u5927\u666e\u901a\u8a71\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u6210\u7acb\u65bc2001\u5e74\uff0c\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u57282003\u5e74\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u300c\u90a3\u6642\u5019\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u525b\u6210\u7acb\u4e0d\u4e45\u3002\u7576\u6642\u5c39\u5fb7\u525b\u6559\u7df4\u548c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u9818\u968a\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u4e00\u6279\u968a\u54e1\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u9f4a\u5fc3\u5354\u529b\uff0c\u9023\u8457\u62fc\u4e86\u5e7e\u5834\u5927\u6bd4\u8cfd\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u4e0d\u932f\u7684\u6210\u7e3e\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u666e\u901a\u8a71\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u6709\u541b\u5b50\u98a8\u5ea6\uff1b\u4e0d\u8a6d\u8faf\uff0c\u5f88\u771f\u8aa0\u3001\u5f88\u8a8d\u771f\u5730\u8b1b\u9053\u7406\u3002\u9019\u98a8\u683c\u5728\u83ef\u8a9e\u8faf\u8ad6\u5708\u90fd\u5f88\u6709\u540d\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u8ddf\u6fb3\u9580\u5176\u4ed6\u9ad8\u6821\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u666e\u901a\u8a71\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u8d77\u6b65\u8f03\u65e9\uff0c\u8868\u73fe\u76f8\u5c0d\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u65e9\u671f\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u9ad8\u7b49\u9662\u6821\u5b78\u751f\u8faf\u8ad6\u8cfd\u4e2d\u591a\u6b21\u6458\u4e0b\u6842\u51a0\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u5176\u4ed6\u9ad8\u6821\u7684\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u4f0d\u9010\u6f38\u5192\u8d77\uff0c\u8faf\u8ad6\u5834\u4e0a\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u4e5f\u8da8\u65bc\u767d\u71b1\u5316\u30022009\u5e74\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u516d\u5e74\u4f86\u9996\u6b21\u75db\u5931\u6fb3\u9580\u9ad8\u7b49\u9662\u6821\u666e\u901a\u8a71\u8faf\u8ad6\u8cfd\u51a0\u8ecd\u3002\u7576\u6642\uff0c\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u65e9\u5df2\u7d50\u675f\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u7684\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u6253\u62fc\uff0c\u807d\u805e\u6b64\u6d88\u606f\uff0c\u4ed6\u7279\u5730\u5beb\u4e86\u4e00\u7bc7\u9577\u9054\u4e09\u5343\u5b57\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u9f13\u52f5\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u7684\u5e2b\u5f1f\u5e2b\u59b9\u3002\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u65bc2010\u5e74\u9078\u64c7\u56de\u6fb3\u5927\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5b78\u696d\uff0c\u66f4\u91cd\u6295\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\uff0c\u9019\u6b21\u4ed6\u7531\u300c\u968a\u54e1\u300d\u8b8a\u6210\u300c\u6559\u7df4\u300d\u3002\u300c2010\u5e74\u56de\u4f86\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5e73\u6642\u5e6b\u968a\u54e1\u505a\u57fa\u672c\u529f\u8a13\u7df4\uff1b\u5230\u6bd4\u8cfd\u524d\u5c31\u8ddf\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u6a21\u8faf\u3001\u69cb\u5efa\u7acb\u8ad6\u601d\u8def\u3002\u300d\u5c31\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u524d\uff0c\u5728\u7e3d\u6559\u7df4\u548c\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u5e36\u9818\u4e0b\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u666e\u901a\u8a71\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u91cd\u596a\u5931\u843d\u56db\u5e74\u7684\u6fb3\u9580\u8cfd\u51a0\u8ecd\uff0c\u4ee4\u4eba\u6b23\u559c\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u525b\u8e0f\u90322014\u5e74\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u666e\u901a\u8a71\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u7684\u8a08\u5283\u5df2\u5b89\u6392\u5f97\u6eff\u6eff\uff1a3\u30014\u6708\u51fa\u5f81\u5357\u4eac\u7684\u83ef\u8a9e\u8faf\u8ad6\u9326\u6a19\u8cfd\uff1b9\u6708\u5954\u8d74\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\uff1b11\u6708\u53c8\u662f\u6fb3\u9580\u5730\u5340\u65b0\u4e00\u8f2a\u93d6\u6230\u3002\u5289\u4eac\u4eac\u8868\u793a\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u671f\u671b\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u6bcf\u6b21\u90fd\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u5927\u5bb6\u76e1\u5168\u529b\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u7559\u4e0b\u907a\u61be\u5730\u6253\u6bd4\u8cfd\u3002\u6211\u4e0d\u6703\u7d66\u968a\u54e1\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u5e0c\u671b\u65b0\u968a\u54e1\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d95\u4e0a\u524d\u8f29\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u8a18\u9304\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p><b
