href=\"http:\/\/www.umac.mo\/myum\/201404\/myum_issue038.pdf\">\u6fb3\u5927\u4eba<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>\u5f71\u904e\u7562\u696d\u76f8\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u8457\u5373\u5c07\u8981\u7562\u696d\u4e86\u3002\u5728\u9019\u73ed\u5927\u56db\u6fb3\u5927\u4eba\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4eba\u70ba\u7562\u696d\u8ad6\u6587\u6311\u71c8\u591c\u6230\uff0c\u6709\u4eba\u70ba\u5be6\u7fd2\u5de5\u4f5c\u56db\u5468\u5954\u6ce2\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u4eba\u70ba\u5922\u60f3\u7051\u6c57\u5fcd\u6dda\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u540c\u6a23\u662f\u672c\u79d1\u6e96\u7562\u696d\u751f\u7684\u9673\u712f\u83ef\u4ea6\u6c92\u6709\u6d6a\u8cbb\u9752\u6625\uff0c\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u71b1\u611b\u7684\u7c43\u7403\u63ee\u7051\u8457\u6c57\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u4e09\u6708\u4e2d\u7d50\u675f\u7684\u9ad8\u6821\u7c43\u7403\u8cfd\u662f\u9673\u712f\u83ef\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u6b21\u53c3\u52a0\u9ad8\u6821\u8cfd\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u7537\u5b50\u7c43\u7403\u968a\u5728\u6559\u7df4\u7504\u6176\u696d\uff08\u963f\u9aa8\uff09\u7684\u5e36\u9818\u4e0b\u518d\u5ea6\u87ec\u806f\u51a0\u8ecd\uff0c\u70ba\u4ed6\u56db\u5e74\u6821\u968a\u751f\u6daf\u756b\u4e0a\u5713\u6eff\u53e5\u865f\u3002\u4ed6\u56de\u61b6\uff0c\u300c\u96d6\u7136\u5728\u6c7a\u8cfd\u958b\u59cb\u6642\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u672a\u5982\u7406\u60f3\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u968a\u54e1\u5011\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u56e0\u6b64\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u6253\u64ca\uff0c\u8abf\u6574\u5fc3\u614b\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u5c45\u4e0a\uff0c\u6253\u51fa\u61c9\u6709\u6c34\u6e96\u3002\u300d\u6700\u7d42\u6fb3\u5927\u4ee5\u63a5\u8fd1\u4e09\u5341\u5206\u512a\u52e2\u5927\u52dd\u5c0d\u624b\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u9ad8\u6821\u8cfd\u4e09\u9023\u51a0\u7684\u7f8e\u5922\uff0c\u4ea6\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u6559\u7df4\u963f\u9aa8\u7684\u5fc3\u9858\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u6ce2\u7167\u6253\uff0c\u60c5\u4f9d\u820a<\/p>\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u6548\u529b\u6fb3\u5927\u5916\uff0c\u9673\u712f\u83ef\u7531\u53bb\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u4e5f\u6709\u53c3\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u7403\u6703\u7684\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c \u4ed6\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u6fb3\u9580\u7c43\u7403\u9ad8\u7d1a\u7d44\u798f\u5efa\u7684\u4e3b\u529b\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u300c\u56e0\u70ba\u6fb3\u5927\u6709\u597d\u591a\u6709\u5be6\u529b\u7684\u65b0\u4eba\u4e0d\u65b7\u6e67\u73fe\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u7576\u6642\u90fd\u5df2\u7d93\u5927\u4e09\uff0c\u7403\u968a\u59cb\u7d42\u8981\u6539\u671d\u63db\u4ee3\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u798f\u5efa\u662f\u9ad8\u7d1a\u7d44\u51a0\u8ecd\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u60f3\u6311\u6230\u66f4\u9ad8\u5c64\u6b21\uff0c\u8207\u66f4\u591a\u9ad8\u624b\u4ea4\u6d41\u548c\u5b78\u7fd2\u3002\u300d\u5f9e\u9019\u7a2e\u7cbe\u76ca\u6c42\u7cbe\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u51fa\u4ed6\u672c\u4eba\u662f\u591a\u9ebc\u71b1\u611b\u7c43\u7403\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5176\u5be6\u6fb3\u5927\u968a\u4e2d\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u968a\u54e1\u90fd\u8207\u712f\u83ef\u4e00\u6a23\u64c1\u6709\u300c\u96d9\u91cd\u300d\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u540c\u662f\u6fb3\u5927\u7c43\u7403\u4eba\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u537b\u8981\u5404\u81ea\u70ba\u4e0d\u540c\u7403\u6703\u62ab\u7532\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u9019\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u611f\u60c5\u3002\u300c\u9019\u7d55\u5c0d\u4e0d\u6703\u4ee4\u968a\u54e1\u9593\u7684\u53cb\u60c5\u8d77\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u597d\u6e05\u695a\u5c0d\u65b9\u7684\u8655\u5883\uff0c\u4ea6\u660e\u767d\u5c0d\u65b9\uff0c\u6253\u6ce2\u6642\u6709\u5c11\u5c11\u706b\u662f\u80af\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u806f\u8cfd\u662f\u5c0d\u624b\uff0c\u8cfd\u5f8c\u6211\u5011\u4f9d\u7136\u6703\u4e00\u8d77\u53bb\u5403\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u8aaa\u8aaa\u7b11\u7b11\uff0c\u563b\u563b\u54c8\u54c8\u7684\u3002\u300d\u7c43\u7403\u5c31\u662f\u9019\u6a23\u71b1\u8840\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u80fd\u9ad4\u73fe\u51fa\u53cb\u60c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u8207\u5225\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6559\u7df4<\/p>\n\n<p>\u4e00\u652f\u4e0d\u65b7\u9032\u6b65\u3001\u5c62\u5275\u4f73\u7e3e\u7684\u7403\u968a\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u6709\u8cf4\u7403\u54e1\u7684\u62fc\u640f\u5916\uff0c\u5f9e\u65c1\u6307\u63ee\u7684\u6559\u7df4\u4e5f\u529f\u4e0d\u53ef\u6c92\u3002\u963f\u9aa8\u662f\u51fa\u4e86\u540d\u7684\u597d\u6559\u7df4\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u597d\u6df1\u5165\u6c11\u5fc3\uff0c\u53d7\u6240\u6709\u968a\u54e1\u5c0a\u91cd\u548c\u611b\u6234\u3002\u5373\u5c07\u8e0f\u51fa\u793e\u6703\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u712f\u83ef\u4e0d\u6642\u5411\u963f\u9aa8\u53d6\u7d93\uff0c
