href=\"http:\/\/www.umac.mo\/myum\/201501\/myum_issue045.pdf\">\u300a\u6fb3\u5927\u4eba\u300b<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u571f\u751f\u571f\u9577\u7684\u8449\u9298\u6cc9\uff0c\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u5229\u746a\u7ac7\u4e2d\u5b78\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u8d74\u53f0\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u5347\u5b78\uff0c\u518d\u8f49\u7f8e\u570b\u6df1\u9020\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5230\u53f0\u7063\u51fa\u4efb\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u526f\u6821\u9577\u3001\u5b78\u751f\u4e8b\u52d9\u9577\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\u4ed6\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8fd4\u56de\u6545\u5730\uff0c\u51fa\u4efb\u6fb3\u5927\u5442\u5fd7\u548c\u66f8\u9662\u9662\u9577\u3002\u5728\u5916\u95d6\u8569\u534a\u751f\uff0c\u70ba\u4f55\u9078\u64c7\u8fd4\u56de\u6545\u5730\uff1f\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u88e1\u59cb\u7d42\u90fd\u662f\u6211\u6210\u9577\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u7684\u5bb6\u9109\uff0c\u80fd\u7372\u9080\u56de\u6fb3\u8ca2\u737b\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\u6210\u5c31\u611f\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u53c3\u8207\u898b\u8b49\u6fb3\u5927\u6210\u9577<\/p><p><\/p>\n\n<p>\u8449\u6559\u6388\u4f86\u5230\u6fb3\u5927\u5f8c\uff0c\u65e5\u7a0b\u5f88\u7dca\u6e4a\uff0c\u63a1\u8a2a\u9019\u5929\u6b63\u597d\u4ed6\u5f9e\u5916\u5730\u56de\u4f86\uff0c\u5b8c\u4e86\u63a1\u8a2a\u5f8c\u7fcc\u65e5\u4ed6\u53c8\u8981\u98db\u5f80\u53f0\u7063\uff0c\u73fe\u6b63\u5fd9\u65bc\u7c4c\u5099\u65b0\u5b78\u5e74\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u81e8\u53e4\u7a00\u4e4b\u5e74\u7684\u4ed6\u9000\u800c\u4e0d\u4f11\uff0c\u4ecd\u4e0d\u8fad\u52de\u82e6\uff0c\u71b1\u8877\u65bc\u4f5c\u80b2\u82f1\u624d\u3002\u70ba\u4f55\u9078\u64c7\u6fb3\u5927\uff1f\u8449\u89e3\u91cb\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u898b\u8b49\u7740\u6fb3\u5927\u7684\u6210\u9577\uff0c\u5f9e\u6700\u521d\u53c3\u8207\u5960\u57fa\u6642\u7684\u4e00\u7247\u8352\u5730\uff0c\u6162\u6162\u767c\u5c55\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c\u7c21\u76f4\u4ee4\u6211\u773c\u524d\u4e00\u4eae\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u65b0\u6821\u5712\u5c0d\u6fb3\u5927\u672a\u4f8610\u5e74\u767c\u5c55\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\uff0c\u6545\u5e0c\u671b\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u53c3\u8207\u5176\u4e2d\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u523b\u82e6\u7d93\u6b77\u78e8\u934a\u52c7\u6c23<\/p><p><\/p>\n\n<p>\u8449\u6559\u6388\u51fa\u751f\u65bc\u672c\u6fb3\u4e00\u500b\u4e26\u4e0d\u5bcc\u6709\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u30021968\u5e74\u6fb3\u9580\u5229\u746a\u7ac7\u4e2d\u5b78\u7562\u696d\u6642\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u4ecd\u672a\u958b\u8fa6\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ea\u597d\u9078\u64c7\u5f80\u6d77\u5916\u5347\u5b78\u3002\u4f46\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d93\u6fdf\u4e0d\u5bb9\u8a31\u4ed6\u51fa\u570b\u7559\u5b78\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u4ed6\u9078\u64c7\u53f0\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u571f\u6728\u5de5\u7a0b\u7cfb\u3002\u300c\u7576\u5e74\u7236\u6bcd\u9023\u6211\u5230\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u5b78\u8cbb\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u8cbb\u4e5f\u4ed8\u64d4\u4e0d\u8d77\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5347\u5b78\uff0c\u53ea\u597d\u5ef6\u9072\u5165\u5b78\uff0c\u5148\u5230\u9999\u6e2f\u6253\u5de5\uff0c\u4e00\u5e74\u5f8c\u624d\u8d74\u53f0\u3002\u4e4b\u5f8c\u6176\u5e78\u5f97\u5230\u6fb3\u9580\u6559\u6703\u7684\u8cc7\u52a9\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u5fc3\u7121\u65c1\u9da9\uff0c\u5c08\u5fc3\u8b80\u66f8\u3002\u300d\u8449\u5f62\u5bb9\u7576\u5e74\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\u96d6\u7136\u8271\u82e6\uff0c\u4f46\u537b\u78e8\u934a\u51fa\u4ed6\u9006\u5883\u81ea\u5f37\u7684\u52c7\u6c23\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u71b1\u611b\u904b\u52d5\u52a9\u6e1b\u58d3<\/p><p><\/p>\n\n<p>\u8449\u6559\u6388\u5927\u5b78\u6642\u662f\u8db3\u7403\u548c\u7530\u5f91\u7684\u6821\u968a\uff0c\u300c\u9ad4\u80b2\u8b93\u6211\u6709\u5f37\u58ef\u7684\u9ad4\u9b44\u9762\u5c0d\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b93\u6211\u4ea4\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u826f\u670b\u597d\u53cb\u3002\u300d\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c\u8449\u6559\u6388\u4ecd\u6709\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u96e3\u602a\u4ed6\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u4ecd\u7136\u5f88\u5065\u58ef\uff0c\u8aaa\u8a71\u4e2d\u6c23\u5341\u8db3\u3002\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u5927\u5b78\u9664\u4e86\u57f9\u990a\u5b78\u751f\u5c08\u696d\u5b78\u8b58\uff0c\u4e5f\u770b\u91cd\u5168\u4eba\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u96d9\u7ba1\u9f4a\u4e0b\uff0c\u624d\u96d9\u5f97\u76ca\u5f70\u3002\u82e5\u5927\u5b78\u56db\u5e74\u5b78\u751f\u53ea\u5c08\u6ce8\u5b78\u696d\uff0c\u5ffd\u7565\u4e86\u4eba\u969b\u4ea4\u5f80\uff0c\u6027\u683c\u4e0d\u5408\u7fa4\uff0c\u5c0d\u5c07\u4f86\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u4e5f\u6703\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u300d\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4ed6\u7d93\u5e38\u9f13\u52f5\u66f8\u9662\u5b78\u751f\u53c3\u8207\u904b\u52d5\u548c\u5718\u968a\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u300c\u9019\u5c0d\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u898f\u5283\u548c\u4eba\u969b\u767c\u5c55\u5f88\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\uff0c\u6709\u597d\u6210\u7e3e\uff0c\u82e5\u6c92\u6cd5\u8207\u4eba\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e5f\u96e3\u6709\u6240\u6210\u5c31\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u904a\u6b7730\u591a\u500b\u570b\u5bb6<\/p><p><\/p>\n\n<p>\u7576\u5e74\u8449\u6559\u6388\u5728\u53f0\u5927\u4ee5\u512a\u7570\u6210\u7e3e\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\uff0c\u96a8\u5373\u8d74\u7f8e\u6df1\u9020\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4e94\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u9664\u4e86\u5b78\u7fd2\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u5229\u7528\u9592\u6687\uff0c\u548c\u592a\u592a\u
