href=\"http:\/\/www.umac.mo\/umagazine\/issue13\/\">\u300a\u6fb3\u5927\u65b0\u8a9e\u300b<\/a><\/p><p>\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e9e\u6d32\u4f7f\u7528\u8461\u8a9e\u6700\u591a\u7684\u9ad8\u7b49\u9662\u6821\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u5229\u7528\u5c0f\u57ce\u7684\u4e2d\u897f\u6587\u5316\u4ea4\u532f\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6e90\u9060\u6d41\u9577\u7684\u4e2d\u8461\u6587\u5316\u4ea4\u6d41\u53f2\uff0c\u70ba\u793e\u6703\u57f9\u990a\u4e00\u6279\u53c8\u4e00\u6279\u7684\u4e2d\u8461\u96d9\u8a9e\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u624d\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u6fb3\u9580\u53ca\u570b\u5bb6\u9762\u81e8\u4e0b\u4e00\u6ce2\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u4eba\u6587\u5b78\u9662\u8461\u6587\u7cfb\u53ca\u6cd5\u5b78\u9662\u7e7c\u7e8c\u80a9\u8ca0\u4f7f\u547d\uff0c\u5c0d\u8ab2\u7a0b\u9032\u884c\u6539\u9769\u5275\u65b0\uff0c\u61c9\u5c0d\u77ac\u606f\u842c\u8b8a\u7684\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\uff0c\u5c0b\u627e\u57f9\u990a\u672c\u5730\u96d9\u8a9e\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u591a\u8a9e\u4eba\u624d\u7684\u6700\u5408\u9069\u4e4b\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u65b0\u4e2d\u8461\u96d9\u8a9e\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5438\u5f15\u5b78\u751f<\/p>\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u5b78\u6642\u5c62\u7372\u6b8a\u69ae\uff0c\u591a\u6b21\u4ee3\u8868\u6fb3\u9580\u53c3\u52a0\u570b\u969b\u6027\u8207\u5168\u570b\u6027\u79d1\u6280\u5275\u65b0\u6bd4\u8cfd\u7684\u8b5a\u77e5\u5fae\u6c92\u6709\u5728\u5927\u5b78\u7e7c\u7e8c\u79d1\u7814\u4e4b\u65c5\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u9078\u4fee\u6fb3\u5927\u53bb\u5e74\u65b0\u958b\u8fa6\u7684\u4e94\u5e74\u5236\u4e2d\u8461\u96d9\u8a9e\u6388\u8ab2\u4e4b\u6cd5\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002\u300c\u5728\u79d1\u6280\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u6642\u5019\u9700\u8981\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u4f46\u6fb3\u9580\u5728\u79d1\u6280\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9019\u500b\u7bc4\u7587\u6709\u5f85\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u800c\u81ea\u4e2d\u516d\u958b\u59cb\u5b78\u7fd2\u8461\u8a9e\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c0d\u8461\u8a9e\u4ea6\u611f\u8208\u8da3\u3002\u6b63\u597d\u6fb3\u5927\u53bb\u5e74\u63a8\u51fa\u65b0\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5e0c\u671b\u628a\u6211\u559c\u6b61\u7684\u5169\u6a23\u4e8b\u60c5\u76f8\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u9019\u9580\u65b0\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u4ee4\u8b5a\u77e5\u5fae\u5931\u671b\u3002\u7d93\u6b77\u7b2c\u4e00\u5b78\u5e74\u5728\u8461\u8404\u7259\u79d1\u82f1\u5e03\u62c9\u5927\u5b78\u4ea4\u6d41\u5f8c\uff0c\u5979\u7684\u8461\u8a9e\u80fd\u529b\u7a81\u98db\u731b\u9032\uff0c\u5728\u77ed\u77ed10\u500b\u6708\u6642\u9593\u4fbf\u8003\u7372\u8461\u8404\u7259\u8a9e\u6c34\u5e73\u6e2c\u8a66B2\u7d1a\u5225\uff0c\u5373\u8a72\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e94\u500b\u7d1a\u5225\u4e2d\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u9ad8\u7d1a\u5225\u3002\u5979\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u500b\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e26\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u8b80\u5f97\u597d\uff0c\u5c07\u4f86\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6fb3\u9580\u9700\u8981\u5f88\u591a\u61c2\u4e2d\u8461\u96d9\u8a9e\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba\u624d\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u9010\u6b65\u57f9\u990a\u96d9\u8a9e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba\u624d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u5e9c\u65bc\u5341\u4e8c\u4e94\u898f\u5283\u4e0a\u63d0\u51fa\u652f\u6301\u6fb3\u9580\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e16\u754c\u65c5\u904a\u4f11\u9592\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ca\u52a0\u5feb\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e2d\u570b\u8207\u8461\u8a9e\u570b\u5bb6\u5546\u8cbf\u5408\u4f5c\u670d\u52d9\u5e73\u53f0\u5f8c\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u4e2d\u8461\u96d9\u8a9e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba\u624d\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u751a\u6bb7\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u6cd5\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u9577\u83ab\u4e16\u5065\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5b78\u9662\u4e00\u76f4\u914d\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u57f9\u8a13\u76f8\u95dc\u4eba\u624d\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u672c\u5730\u65b0\u5165\u8077\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u5b98\u53ca\u5f8b\u5e2b\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5747\u5f9e\u6fb3\u5927\u7562\u696d\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u5b78\u9662\u5728\u9019\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u4f46\u57f9\u990a\u76f8\u95dc\u4eba\u624d\u300c\u6700\u5927\u7684\u96e3\u984c\u662f\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u53ca\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u5b78\u751f\u5728\u9ad8\u4e2d\u6642\u90fd\u4e0d\u61c2\u8461\u8a9e\uff0c\u5165\u5230\u5927\u5b78\u5f8c\u8981\u4e00\u9762\u5b78\u7fd2\u8461\u8a9e\uff0c\u4e00\u9762\u5b78\u7fd2\u6cd5\u5f8b\u662f\u9817\u70ba\u56f0\u96e3\u7684\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u6587\u6cd5\u5b78\u58eb\u53ca\u8461\u8a9e\u6cd5\u5b78\u58eb\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u4e0a\uff0c \u6fb3\u5927\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u63a8\u5ee3\u8461\u8a9e\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u53ef\u9ad4\u73fe\u5728\u6cd5\u5b78\u9662\u53ca\u4eba\u6587\u5b78\u9662\u8461\u6587\u7cfb\u6240\u958b\u8fa6\u7684\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u64d4\u4efb\u8a72\u806f\u6703\u7684\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u5404\u9662\u6821\u6559\u5b78\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u4ee5\u53ca\u63a8\u5ee3\u8461\u8a9e\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u6fb3\u5927\u4eba\u6587\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u9577\u9773\u6d2a\u525b\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8461\u6587\u7cfb\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5efa\u6821\u53f2\u4e0a\u6b77\u53f2\u6700\u60a0\u4e45\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u662f\u8461\u8404\u7259\u3001\u5df4\u897f\u4ee5\u5916\u6700\u5927\u7684\u8461\u6587\u7cfb\u3002\u591a\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u8461\u8404\u7259\u8a9e\u8a00\u6587\u5316\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u53ca\u8461\u8a9e\u4eba\u624d\u7684\u57f9\u990a\u3002\u8461\u6587\u7cfb\u8a2d\u6709\u672c\u79d1\u751f\u3001\u78a9\u58eb\u53ca\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002\u62db\u751f\u4eba\u6578\u75312008\u5e74\u7d0450\u4eba\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u81f3\u73fe\u572887\u4eba\uff0c\u5e74\u589e\u9577\u7387\u70ba20-35%\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u70ba\u914d\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u300c\u4e00\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e00\u5e73\u53f0\u300d\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5c07\u5b78\u9662\u5b9a\u4f4d\u70ba\u300c\u57f9\u990a\u4e2d\u82f1\u8461\u4e09\u8a9e\u4eba\u624d\u300d\u7684\u57fa\u5730\u3002\u300c\u6fb3\u9580\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7522\u696d\u662f\u65c5\u904a\u535a\u5f69\u696d\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u793e\u6703\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u8a9e\u8a00\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u6fb3\u9580\u5b78\u751f\u662f\u6709\u57fa\u790e\u5b78\u597d\u4e0d\u6b62\u4e00\u7a2e\u5916\u8a9e\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u82f1\u8461\u4e09\u8a9e\u4eba\u624d\u66f4\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u8981\u505a\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5b78\u751f\u4e3b\u4fee\u8461\u8a9e\uff0c\u526f\u4fee\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u82f1\u8a9e\u3002\u53cd\u904e\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\n\u4e3b\u4fee\u82f1\u8a9e\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u61c9\u8a72\u526f\u4fee\u8461\u8a9e\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u81ea\u9773\u6559\u6388\u53bb\u5e7412\u6708\u4e0a\u4efb\u5f8c\uff0c\u9019\u4f4d\u5091\u51fa\u7684\u8a9e\u8a00\u5b78\u5bb6\u958b\u59cb\u63a8\u884c\u8461\u6587\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u660e\u78ba\u5b78\u751f\u56db\u5e74\u5167\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u6210\u679c\u53ca\u6559\u5b78\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u628a\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5283\u5206\u70ba\u4e09\u5927\u968e\u6bb5\uff1a\u5927\u4e00\u53ca\u5927\u4e8c\u662f\u57fa\u790e\u8a9e\u8a00\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\u5f0f\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5b78\u751f\u5728\u56db\u500b\u5b78\u671f\u5167\u8461\u8a9e\u80fd\u529b\u80fd\u5920\u9054\u81f3\u4e2d\u7d1a\u968e\u6bb5\uff08B1
