\u5e74\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6559\u6388\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u7db2\u7d61\u61c9\u7528\u53ca\u7d71\u8a08\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002\u7576\u521d\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u6c7a\u5fc3\u5275\u696d\uff0c\u4ed6\u662f\u62b1\u8457\u4e00\u500b\u9858\u666f\uff1a\u201c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u628a\u5b78\u8853\u6210\u679c\u8f49\u5316\u6210\u53ef\u5be6\u969b\u61c9\u7528\u7684\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u70ba\u793e\u6703\u5275\u9020\u66f4\u591a\u50f9\u503c\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p><b>\u7121\u5fc3\u63d2\u67f3<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>\u5f35\u69ae\u986f\u535a\u58eb 1995 \u5e74\u7562\u696d\u65bc\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u82f1\u6587\u50b3\u610f\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff08\u50b3\u64ad\u7cfb\u524d\u8eab\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u5927\u5b78\u6642\u671f\uff0c\u5275\u8fa6\u50b3\u610f\u5b78\u6703\u3002\u7562\u696d\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e00\u5e74\u5f8c\u56de\u6821\u5728\u50b3\u64ad\u7cfb\u4efb\u6559\u3002\u70ba\u300c\u4e9e\u592a\u5340\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7814\u7a76\u806f\u76df\u300d\u5275\u6703\u6210\u54e1\u53ca\u73fe\u4efb\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u5275\u8fa6\u6fb3\u9580\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7814\u7a76\u5b78\u6703\u53ca\u6fb3\u9580\u6c11\u610f\u8abf\u67e5\u7814\u7a76\u5b78\u6703\u4e26\u4efb\u6703\u9577\u3002\u81ea 2001 \u5e74\u52a0\u5165\u6709 30 \u5e7e\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b78\u8005\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u201c\u4e16\u754c\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u9805\u76ee\u201d\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc 2009 \u5e74\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u7c4c\u8fa6\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u5e74\u6703\u3002\u73fe\u6642\u662f\u6613\u7814\u65b9\u6848\u53ca\u6613\u7814\u4fe1\u606f\u79d1\u6280\u5275\u59cb\u4eba\u517c\u7e3d\u88c1\uff0c\u4f46\u6240\u6709\u4e0a\u904e\u4ed6\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u90fd\u7a31\u547c\u4ed6\u70ba\u201c\u5f35 Sir\u201d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4ed6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6240\u6709\u540c\u4e8b\u3002\u5f35 Sir \u7b11\u8aaa\uff1a\u201c\u516c\u53f8\u5718\u968a\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6210\u54e1\u662f\u6211\u7576\u5e74\u6559\u904e\u7684\u50b3\u64ad\u7cfb\u5b78\u751f\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u596e\u9b25\u591a\u5e74\uff0c\u7d93\u6b77\u4e0d\u5c11\u98a8\u96e8 \uff0c\u5f7c\u6b64\u50cf\u76f8\u8655\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e00\u6a23\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e7e\u5e74\uff0c\u5927\u6578\u64da\u4e00\u8a5e\u76f8\u7576\u6d41\u884c\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u653f\u5e9c\u6216\u5546\u696d\u6a5f\u69cb\u90fd\u6d1e\u6089\u5927\u6578\u64da\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u5f35 Sir \u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5ba3\u50b3\u6a19\u8a9e\u4e5f\u662f\u201c\u6578\u64da\u5275\u9020\u50f9\u503c\u201d\uff08Data Create Value\uff09\u3002\u4eca\u5929\u5f88\u591a\u8a8d\u8b58\u4ed6\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u90fd\u8b9a\u4ed6\u4e5d\u5e74\u524d\u5c31\u9810\u77e5\u5927\u6578\u64da\u7684\u5546\u6a5f\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u56de\u60f3\u5275\u696d\u521d\u59cb\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5f35 Sir \u8aaa\uff1a\u201c\u5176\u5be6\uff0c\u6211\u525b\u51fa\u4f86\u5275\u696d\u7684\u6642\u5019\u4e26\u672a\u770b\u5230\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u5927\u6578\u64da\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u4e4b\u524d\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u505a\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5c0d\u7db2\u6c11\u7528\u6236\u7684\u7279\u6027\u548c\u7fd2\u6163\u6709\u6240\u77ad\u89e3\u3002\u800c\u6211\u5728\u505a\u6c11\u610f\u8abf\u67e5\u5206\u6790\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u628a\u7dda\u4e0a\u7dda\u4e0b\u7684\u6578\u64da\u7d50\u5408\u8d77\u4f86\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u60c5\u6cc1\u525b\u597d\u8b49\u660e\u6211\u5011\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u662f\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u5011\u73fe\u5728\u6240\u505a\u7684\u5c31\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u2018\u5927\u6578\u64da\u2019\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u56de\u60f3\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u7121\u5fc3\u63d2\u67f3\u6240\u6210\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p><b>\u56f0\u96e3\u548c\u98a8\u96aa<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>\u7531\u4e00\u4f4d\u5b78\u8005\u8f49\u578b\u70ba\u4e00\u9593\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u7684\u71df\u904b\u8005\uff0c\u812b\u6389\u4e86\u6fb3\u5927\u62db\u724c\u7684\u5149\u74b0\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f35 Sir\u5728\u5275\u696d\u524d\u671f\u9762\u81e8\u5f88\u591a\u7684\u56f0\u96e3\u548c\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8981\u9762\u5c0d\u8cc7\u91d1\u3001\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u3001\u7522\u54c1\u958b\u767c\u9032\u5ea6\u5371\u6a5f\u3001\u8207\u4e0d\u540c\u5b78\u6b77\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u5718\u968a\u6210\u54e1\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u78e8\u5408\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5ba2\u6236\u6703\u5c0d\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u77e5\u540d\u5ea6\u548c\u516c\u4fe1\u529b\u7684\u8cea\u7591\u7b49\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u61c9\u5c0d\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c31\u662f\u5728\u8cea\u91cf\u65b9\u9762\u56b4\u683c\u628a\u95dc\uff0c\u4e26\u6839\u64da\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\u8a02\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u56b4\u8b39\u7684\u8cea\u91cf\u76e3\u7ba1\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u201c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u8cea\u91cf\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u7528\u5468\u5230\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u8aaa\u670d\u5ba2\u4eba\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u76f4\u5805\u6301\u7684\u539f\u5247\u6f38\u6f38\u5f97\u5230\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\u3002\u201d\u5411\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4ea4\u8a08\u5283\u66f8\u6642\uff0c\u5f35 Sir \u5e36\u9818\u7684\u6578\u64da\u7814\u767c\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u6d77\u5cfd\u5169\u5cb8\u66a8\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5730\u5340\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u6578\u64da\u9a45\u52d5\u7684\u6578\u64da\u6316\u6398\u3001\u7db2\u7d61\u6316\u6398\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u653f\u52d9\u3001\u6c11\u610f\u8abf\u67e5\u3001\u9867\u5ba2\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\u8abf\u67e5\u3001\u7db2\u7d61\u5927\u6578\u64da\u5e73\u53f0\u642d\u5efa\u53ca\u71df\u904b\u7b49\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4e26\u81ea\u7f6e\u6fb3\u9580\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u7d9c\u5408\u6027\u7db2\u7d61\u6316\u6398\u66a8\u6c11\u610f\u8abf\u67e5\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u6e2f\u6fb3\u7ba1\u7406\u8457\u56db\u500b\u8abf\u67e5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u30022015 \u5275\u696d\u4ee5\u4f86\u6578\u6b21\u70ba\u516c\u53f8\u9032\u884c\u8f49\u578b\u548c\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u201c\u6211\u5011\u5148\u524d\u505a\u6c11\u610f\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u518d\u6dfb\u52a0\u5e02\u5834\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u96c6\u4e2d\u8207\u6578\u64da\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u696d\u52d9\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5f9e\u6578\u64da\u7684\u6536\u96c6\u3001\u8655\u7406\u3001\u5206\u6790\u53ca\u63d0\u7149\u6d1e\u5bdf\uff0c\u4e26\u65e5\u6f38\u642d\u5efa\u8d77\u4f9b\u81ea\u5df1\u5718\u968a\u61c9\u7528\u7684\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u66f4\u4ee5 \u662f\u4e00\u500b\u71b1\u611b \u201c\u958b\u8352\u201d\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u88ab\u670b\u53cb\u7a31\u70ba\u201c\u5275\u610f\u72c2\u4eba\u201d\uff0c\u6613\u7814\u6240\u6709\u7522\u54c1\u5168\u90fd\u662f\u7531\u4ed6\u5e36\u9818\u81ea\u4e3b\u7814\u767c\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u6709\u610f\u5275\u696d\u7684\u6fb3\u5927\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u5f35
