{"id":539461,"date":"2026-05-20T15:25:37","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T07:25:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.um.edu.mo\/news-and-press-releases\/press-release\/detail\/64055-2\/"},"modified":"2026-05-22T18:35:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T10:35:15","slug":"64055","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.um.edu.mo\/zh-hant\/news-and-press-releases\/presss-release\/detail\/64055\/","title":{"rendered":"\u6fb3\u5927\u5b78\u8005\u7372\u4efb\u570b\u969b\u9802\u7d1a\u671f\u520a\u300a\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u8a55\u8ad6\u300b\u526f\u4e3b\u7de8"},"content":{"rendered":"\n                        \n                        <p>\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u793e\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u52a9\u7406\u9662\u9577\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u8207\u884c\u653f\u5b78\u7cfb\u526f\u6559\u6388\u6587\u535a\u7372\u9080\u64d4\u4efb\u570b\u969b\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u9818\u57df\u9802\u7d1a\u671f\u520a\u300a\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u8a55\u8ad6\u300b\uff08Public Management Review\uff09\u526f\u4e3b\u7de8\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u552f\u4e00\u7372\u9080\u9032\u5165\u8a72\u671f\u520a\u7de8\u59d4\u6838\u5fc3\u5c64\u7684\u6fb3\u9580\u5b78\u8005\u3002<\/p><p>\u300a\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u8a55\u8ad6\u300b\u662f\u570b\u969b\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u5b78\u6703\u7684\u65d7\u8266\u671f\u520a\uff0c\u7531\u6cf0\u52d2\uff0e\u5f17\u6717\u897f\u65af\u96c6\u5718\uff08Taylor &amp; Francis\uff09\u51fa\u7248\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u7a69\u5c45\u793e\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u5f15\u6587\u7d22\u5f15\uff08SSCI\uff09\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u985e\u4e00\u5340\uff08Q1\uff09\u524d\u5217\uff0c\u5176\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u8996\u70ba\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u9818\u57df\u7684\u6b0a\u5a01\u53c3\u8003\uff0c\u4e26\u5728Google Scholar\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u985e\u6392\u540d\u4e2d\u6301\u7e8c\u4fdd\u6301\u9818\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u8a72\u671f\u520a\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u7403\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u7406\u8ad6\u5275\u65b0\u8207\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u3002<\/p><p>\u6587\u535a\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e0a\u4efb\u5f8c\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u83ef\u4eba\u5b78\u8005\u8207\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u8853\u754c\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u4ea4\u6d41\u8207\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u4e2d\u570b\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u570b\u969b\u8a71\u8a9e\u6b0a\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u4efb\u547d\u4ea6\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u6fb3\u5927\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u5b78\u79d1\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u9577\u7684\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u8853\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\uff0c\u52a9\u529b\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u570b\u969b\u5316\u5efa\u8a2d\u3002<\/p><p>\u6587\u535a\u64c1\u6709\u7f8e\u570b\u5357\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u6df1\u8015\u4e2d\u570b\u8a9e\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u8a2d\u8a08\u8207\u5206\u6790\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7406\u8ad6\u8207\u884c\u70ba\u3001\u516c\u6c11\u53c3\u8207\u8207\u57fa\u5c64\u6cbb\u7406\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u91d1\u878d\u3001\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u53ca\u5408\u898f\u554f\u984c\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u8de8\u5b78\u79d1\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6210\u679c\u8c50\u78a9\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u4ed6\u5728\u300a\u516c\u5171\u884c\u653f\u8a55\u8ad6\u300b\u3001\u300a\u4e2d\u570b\u5b63\u520a\u300b\u7b49\u6b0a\u5a01\u671f\u520a\u767c\u8868\u6578\u5341\u7bc7\u8ad6\u6587\u3002\u6587\u535a\u66fe\u7372\u7f8e\u570b\u516c\u5171\u884c\u653f\u5b78\u67032023\u5e74\u5ea6\u83ab\u820d\u734e\uff08William E. Mosher and Frederick C. Mosher Award\uff09\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u9996\u4f4d\u7372\u8a72\u6b8a\u69ae\u7684\u4e9e\u6d32\u5b78\u8005\uff0c\u4e26\u4e3b\u6301\u570b\u5bb6\u81ea\u7136\u79d1\u5b78\u57fa\u91d1\u9805\u76ee\u3002\u5728\u793e\u6703\u670d\u52d9\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6587\u535a\u81ea2026\u5e74\u8d77\u88ab\u59d4\u4efb\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u516c\u5171\u884c\u653f\u6539\u9769\u8aee\u8a62\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u6210\u54e1\u3002<\/p><div><\/div><div><\/div><div><table
