<p>\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u4e2d\u83ef\u91ab\u85e5\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u3001\u4e2d\u85e5\u6a5f\u5236\u8207\u8cea\u91cf\u5168\u570b\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u6559\u6388\u71d5\u8339\u5e36\u9818\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u7cfb\u7d71\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u8178\u9053\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u03b2-\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u919b\u9178\u9176\uff08GUSs\uff09\u5728\u7d50\u76f4\u8178\u764c\uff08CRC\uff09\u767c\u751f\u767c\u5c55\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u52d5\u614b\u8b8a\u5316\u5716\u8b5c\uff0c\u4e26\u69cb\u5efa\u4e86\u201c\u5fae\u751f\u7269-GUS-\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u201d\u8ef8\u5728CRC\u9032\u5c55\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u6846\u67b6\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u77e5\u540d\u671f\u520a\u300a\u81ea\u7136-\u901a\u8a0a\u300b\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>CRC\u662f\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7684\u9ad8\u767c\u60e1\u6027\u816b\u7624\uff0c\u4e14\u767c\u75c5\u5448\u73fe\u5e74\u8f15\u5316\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u5176\u767c\u751f\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u8178\u9053\u83cc\u7fa4\u5931\u8abf\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7d0a\u4e82\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u95dc\u3002GUSs\u662f\u4e00\u985e\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u4eba\u9ad4\u8178\u9053\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9176\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u9006\u8f49\u7531\u5bbf\u4e3b\u809d\u81df\u4e2d\u9ad8\u8868\u9054\u7684\u5c3f\u82f7\u4e8c\u78f7\u9178\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u919b\u9178\u8f49\u79fb\u9176\uff08UGTs\uff09\u6240\u50ac\u5316\u7684\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u919b\u9178\u5316\u201c\u89e3\u6bd2\u201d\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u591a\u7a2e\u5167\u6e90\u6027\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08\u5982\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20\u3001\u753e\u9ad4\u6fc0\u7d20\u3001\u81bd\u6c41\u9178\u7b49\uff09\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7a69\u614b\u8abf\u7bc0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5916\u6e90\u6027\u7269\u8cea\uff08\u5982\u85e5\u7269\u3001\u98df\u6e90\u6027\u6216\u74b0\u5883\u4f86\u6e90\u7684\u81f4\u764c\u7269\uff09\u7684\u9ad4\u5167\u8655\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5118\u7ba1\u5df2\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51faCRC\u60a3\u8005\u7cde\u4fbf\u4e2dGUS\u6d3b\u6027\u986f\u8457\u9ad8\u65bc\u5065\u5eb7\u4eba\u7fa4\uff0c\u4f46GUSs\u5728CRC\u4e2d\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u8b8a\u5316\u898f\u5f8b\u53ca\u5176\u6f5b\u5728\u4f5c\u7528\u5c1a\u672a\u660e\u78ba\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u57fa\u65bc\u516c\u5171\u968a\u5217\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u63a1\u7528\u4e00\u5957\u5275\u65b0\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u5f9e\u4eba\u9ad4\u8178\u9053\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\u6210\u529f\u8b58\u5225\u51fa550\u500bGUSs\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u7e6a\u88fd\u4e86CRC\u5f9e\u817a\u7624\u5230\u665a\u671f\u968e\u6bb5GUSs\u7684\u52d5\u614b\u5931\u8abf\u5716\u8b5c\uff0c\u4e26\u8b49\u5be6\u4e86GUSs\u5728CRC\u65e9\u671f\u8a3a\u65b7\u53ca\u9810\u5f8c\u9810\u6e2c\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u3002\u5718\u968a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u901a\u904e\u69cb\u5efa\u201c\u5fae\u751f\u7269-GUS-\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u201d\u8ef8\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u95e1\u660e\u8a72\u8ef8\u5728CRC\u4e0d\u540c\u968e\u6bb5\u7684\u64fe\u52d5\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u5bb3\u83cc\u7684\u5bcc\u96c6\u53ca\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u3001\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u7b49\u4ee3\u8b1d\u901a\u8def\u7684\u986f\u8457\u7d0a\u4e82\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u7d30\u80de\u5171\u57f9\u990a\u53ca\u8f49\u9304\u7d44\u5206\u6790\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u968e\u6bb5\u7279\u7570\u6027\u8b8a\u5316\u7684<i>Bacteroides cellulosilyticus<\/i>\uff0c\u5176GUS\u53ef\u4e0a\u8abf\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u4e2dRNA\u8f49\u9304\u3001DNA\u8907\u88fd\u7b49\u76f8\u95dc\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6f5b\u5728\u5730\u53c3\u8207\u764c\u75c7\u9032\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u76f8\u95dc\u767c\u73fe\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u958b\u767c\u57fa\u65bcGUSs\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u8a3a\u65b7\u751f\u7269\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269\u53ca\u65b0\u578b\u5e72\u9810\u9776\u9ede\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\u8207\u6578\u64da\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u9996\u6b21\u5168\u666f\u5f0f\u89e3\u6790\u4e86CRC\u767c\u751f\u767c\u5c55\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2dGUS\u7684\u6f14\u8b8a\u898f\u5f8b\u53ca\u201c\u5fae\u751f\u7269-GUS-\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u201d\u8ef8\u7684\u64fe\u52d5\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u70ba\u6df1\u5165\u7406\u89e3\u8178\u9053\u83cc\u7fa4\u5f71\u97ffCRC\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5168\u65b0\u8996\u89d2\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u5f8c\u7e8c\u8f49\u5316\u7814\u7a76\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u5805\u5be6\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u901a\u8a0a\u4f5c\u8005\u70ba\u71d5\u8339\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u70ba\u6fb3\u5927\u4e2d\u83ef\u91ab\u85e5\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u9673\u4fca\u5982\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u674e\u71d5\u3001\u6e6f\u5e25\u548c\u91d1\u6587\u715c\u4ea6\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u4f5c\u51fa\u91cd\u8981\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u7372\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u79d1\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u767c\u5c55\u57fa\u91d1\uff08\u6a94\u6848\u7de8\u865f\uff1a0091\/2021\/A2\u30010098\/2019\/A2\u3001005\/2023\/SKL\uff09\u3001\u6df1\u6e2f\u6fb3\u79d1\u6280\u8a08\u5283\u5c08\u6848C\u985e\uff08\u6a94\u6848\u7de8\u865f\uff1aSGDX20210823103805038\uff09\u53ca\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u6a94\u6848\u7de8\u865f\uff1aMYRG-GRG2023-00241-ICMS-UMDF\uff09\u8cc7\u52a9\u3002\u5168\u6587\u53ef\u700f\u89bd\uff1a<a
