<p>\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u9ad8\u816b\u7624\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\u6709\u65b0\u5e0c\u671b\uff01\u7531\u8a72\u6821\u4e2d\u83ef\u91ab\u85e5\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u6559\u6388\u9673\u65b0\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u816b\u7624\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u535a\u58ebOppenheim\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u6311\u6230\u5b78\u8853\u754c\u50b3\u7d71\u89c0\u9ede\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u816b\u7624\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u53d7\u5230\u54c8\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u6559\u6388\u9ad8\u5ea6\u8a55\u50f9\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u6700\u8fd1\u7372\u570b\u969b\u6b0a\u5a01\u300a\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u300b\u96dc\u8a8c\u520a\u767b\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u6fb3\u9580\u9996\u500b\u7372\u8a72\u96dc\u8a8c\u5831\u9053\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u6210\u679c\u3002<\/p><p>\u9673\u65b0\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u80fd\u5229\u7528\u5177\u5f37\u70c8\u514d\u75ab\u6291\u5236\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u8abf\u7bc0\u6027T\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\uff08\u7c21\u7a31Treg\u7d30\u80de\uff09\uff0c\u9003\u907f\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u76e3\u8996\u548c\u653b\u64ca\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u816b\u7624\u7684\u751f\u9577\u548c\u8f49\u79fb\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8abf\u63a7Treg\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5c0d\u816b\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7642\u6548\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u754c\u50b3\u7d71\u89c0\u9ede\u4e00\u76f4\u8a8d\u70ba\u816b\u7624\u58de\u6b7b\u56e0\u5b50\uff08TNF\uff09II\u578b\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08TNFR2\uff09\u80fd\u4e0b\u8abfTreg\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u816b\u7624\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0cTNFR2\u8207TNF\u72fc\u72fd\u70ba\u5978\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u6fc0\u6d3b\uff0c\u64f4\u589e\u548c\u7a69\u5b9aTreg\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u7d93\u5f97\u5230\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u8a31\u591a\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u4e26\u7372\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u754c\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u627f\u8a8d\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\u4f9d\u64da\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u7814\u767c\u66f4\u52a0\u5b89\u5168\u6709\u6548\u7684\u816b\u7624\u548c\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u65b0\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269\u3002<\/p><p>\u9673\u65b0\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u5718\u968a\u6700\u8fd1\u65bc\u5be6\u9a57\u6027\u5c0f\u9f20\u816b\u7624\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\uff0c\u201cTNFR2\u53d7\u9ad4\u62ee\u6297\u5291\uff02\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u964d\u4f4e\u816b\u7624\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2dTreg\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u816b\u7624\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u660e\u986f\u6539\u5584\u8377\u7624\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u7387\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u7e7c\u4eca\u5e74\u65e9\u524d\u7372\u7f8e\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u4fc3\u9032\u6703\u65d7\u4e0b\u300a\u79d1\u5b78\u300b\u96dc\u8a8c\u5b50\u520a\u300a\u79d1\u5b78\u2219\u4fe1\u865f\u300b\uff08Science Signaling\uff09\u767c\u8868\uff0c\u4e26\u69ae\u9078\u70baEditor\u2019s Choice\u8ad6\u6587\uff1b\u4eca\u53c8\u53d7\u5230\u300a\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u300b\u96dc\u8a8c\uff084\u6708\u865f\uff09\u5831\u9053\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5f15\u7528\u5230\u54c8\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u6559\u6388Denis
