<p>\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u5065\u5eb7\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u8b1b\u5ea7\u6559\u6388\u9127\u521d\u590f\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5728\u816b\u7624\u7814\u7a76\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u5927\u9032\u5c55\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u5229\u7528\u85e5\u7269\u806f\u5408\u7be9\u9078\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u63d0\u9ad8\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u9ad4\u6291\u5236\u5291\u6cbb\u7642\u5be6\u9ad4\u816b\u7624\u7684\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u4e26\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u8a72\u85e5\u7269\u7d44\u5408\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u9ad8\u514d\u75ab\u6aa2\u67e5\u9ede\u6291\u5236\u5291\u5c0d\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u70ba\u5ee3\u5927\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u75c5\u60a3\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u5e0c\u671b\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5728\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u5099\u53d7\u77da\u76ee\uff0c\u4e26\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u77e5\u540d\u671f\u520a\u300a\u7d30\u80de\u5831\u544a\u91ab\u5b78\u300b\uff08Cell Reports Medicine\uff09\u3002<\/p><p>\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u9ad4\u6291\u5236\u5291\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u591a\u767c\u9aa8\u9ad3\u7624\u7b49\u6db2\u9ad4\u816b\u7624\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u7814\u7a76\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u9806\u9251\u8010\u85e5\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u8010\u85e5\u7d30\u80de\u901a\u904e\u63d0\u5347\u81ea\u8eab\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u9ad4\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u6e05\u9664\u5316\u7642\u85e5\u7269\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u9003\u907f\u5316\u7642\u85e5\u7269\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u4e26\u767c\u73fe\u806f\u7528\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u9ad4\u6291\u5236\u5291\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u9006\u8f49\u816b\u7624\u591a\u85e5\u8010\u85e5\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5be6\u9ad4\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u5728\u9ad4\u5916\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u5c0d\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u9ad4\u6291\u5236\u5291\u6975\u5f37\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u9ad4\u5167\u8a72\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u4e26\u4e0d\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u6291\u5236\u5be6\u9ad4\u816b\u7624\u7684\u751f\u9577\u3002<\/p><p>\u70ba\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u4e00\u96e3\u984c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e86\u85e5\u7269\u806f\u5408\u7be9\u9078\u7684\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u4ee5\u7be9\u9078\u5f97\u5230\u80fd\u5920\u589e\u654f\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u9ad4\u6291\u5236\u5291\u2014\u2014\u787c\u66ff\u4f50\u7c73\u6bba\u50b7\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u6548\u679c\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u7be9\u9078\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5169\u7a2e\u5df2\u88ab\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u54c1\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u2014\u2014\u56db\u786b\u4ee3\u926c\u9178\u92a8\uff08Ammonium tetrathiomolybdate\uff09\u548c\u666e\u6a02\u6c99\u798f\uff08Plerixafor\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u8abf\u63a7AMPK\/STAT3\/PSMB5\u4fe1\u865f\u8ef8\u589e\u5f37\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u5c0d\u787c\u66ff\u4f50\u7c73\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u9084\u5728\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u5c0f\u9f20\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u8a72\u85e5\u7269\u7d44\u5408\u4ee5CD8+ T\u7d30\u80de\u4f9d\u8cf4\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u767c\u63ee\u6297\u816b\u7624\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u6a5f\u5236\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a\uff081\uff09\u85e5\u7269\u7d44\u5408\u8a98\u5c0e\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u7522\u751f\u4e26\u5206\u6cccCCL5\u4ee5\u62db\u52dfCD8+ T\u7d30\u80de\u81f3\u816b\u7624\u90e8\u4f4d\uff1b\uff082\uff09\u85e5\u7269\u7d44\u5408\u555f\u52d5\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u6297\u539f\u8655\u7406\u53ca\u63d0\u5448\u901a\u8def\u4ee5\u6d3b\u5316CD8+ T\u7d30\u80de\uff1b\uff083\uff09\u6d3b\u5316\u5f8c\u7684CD8+ T\u7d30\u80de\u8ca0\u8cac\u6bba\u50b7\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u4e26\u653e\u5927\u6297\u816b\u7624\u514d\u75ab\u6548\u61c9\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u6975\u5177\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u9ad4\u6291\u5236\u5291\u6cbb\u7642\u5be6\u9ad4\u816b\u7624\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u7d44\u5408\u3002<\/p><p>\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u901a\u8a0a\u4f5c\u8005\u70ba\u9127\u521d\u590f\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u70ba\u6fb3\u5927\u5065\u5eb7\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u5510\u6771\u6d0b\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u5065\u5eb7\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u6797\u8a69\u742a\u3001\u891a\u7965\u9d6c\u3001\u674e\u73b2\u3001\u4f55\u6797\u3001\u55ac\u96f2\u92d2\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u5f8c\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u96f7\u6d77\u9d6c\u3001\u5468\u9756\u6ce2\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u90b5\u65b9\u5143\u3001\u5b6b\u6046\u53ca\u5ba2\u5e2d\u526f\u6559\u6388\u5f90\u66c9\u73b2\u4ea6\u5c0d\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u4f5c\u51fa\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u5065\u5eb7\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u52d5\u7269\u7814\u7a76\u6838\u5fc3\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u751f\u7269\u6210\u50cf\u53ca\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u6838\u5fc3\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u4ea6\u5c0d\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u4f5c\u51fa\u91cd\u8981\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7531\u570b\u5bb6\u81ea\u7136\u79d1\u5b78\u57fa\u91d1\uff08\u6a94\u6848\u7de8\u865f\uff1a82030094\uff09\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u79d1\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u767c\u5c55\u57fa\u91d1\uff08\u6a94\u6848\u7de8\u865f\uff1a0009\/2022\/AKP\u30010004\/2021\/AKP\u30010007\/2021\/AKP\u30010092\/2020\/AMJ\u30010054\/2023\/RIA1\uff09\u548c\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u6a94\u6848\u7de8\u865f\uff1aCPG2023-00031-FHS\u3001MYRG2020-00076-FHS\u3001MYRG2022-00181-FHS\u3001MYRG-GRG2023-00029-FHS\uff09\u8cc7\u52a9\u3002\u5168\u6587\u53ef\u700f\u89bd\uff1a<a
