<p>\u570b\u5bb6\u65bc2019\u5e742\u670818\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u516c\u4f48\u300a\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5927\u7063\u5340\u767c\u5c55\u898f\u5283\u7db1\u8981\u300b\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u7db1\u8981\uff09\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u6253\u9020\u9ad8\u6c34\u6e96\u79d1\u6280\u5275\u65b0\u8f09\u9ad4\u548c\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u652f\u63f4\u6a6b\u7434\u7cb5\u6fb3\u5408\u4f5c\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u79d1\u6280\u7522\u696d\u5712\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u7522\u696d\u5712\uff09\u7b49\u91cd\u5927\u5275\u65b0\u8f09\u9ad4\u5efa\u8a2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u652f\u63f4\u6fb3\u9580\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u79d1\u6280\u7522\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u5e73\u53f0\u5efa\u8a2d\u3002\u4e2d\u83ef\u91ab\u85e5\u662f\u4e2d\u83ef\u6587\u660e\u7684\u7470\u5bf6\uff0c\u570b\u5bb6\u4e3b\u5e2d\u7fd2\u8fd1\u5e73\u5728\u300a\u7db1\u8981\u300b\u767c\u4f48\u524d\u5e7e\u500b\u6708\u4e5f\u5c08\u7a0b\u53bb\u5230\u7522\u696d\u5712\u8003\u5bdf\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u570b\u5bb6\u5c0d\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u3002<\/p><p>\u6fb3\u5927\u4e2d\u83ef\u91ab\u85e5\u7814\u7a76\u9662\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u7814\u7a76\u9662\uff09\u66a8\u4e2d\u85e5\u8cea\u91cf\u7814\u7a76\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff09\u806f\u5408\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u5929\u7136\u85e5\u7269\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7522\u696d\u5712\u7b49\u7522\u5b78\u7814\u4e09\u65b9\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5efa\u7acb\u300c\u4e2d\u83ef\u91ab\u85e5\u5275\u65b0\u79d1\u6280\u8f49\u79fb\u5e73\u53f0\u300d\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u9662\u9577\u517c\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4e3b\u4efb\u738b\u4e00\u6fe4\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8d70\u9032\u7522\u696d\u5712\u53ea\u662f\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u5be6\u73fe\u8d70\u570b\u5bb6\u6240\u9700\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u6240\u9577\u3001\u5275\u65b0\u9a45\u52d5\u767c\u5c55\u4e4b\u8def\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9805\u5de5\u4f5c\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5728\u73fe\u6709\u6210\u679c\u57fa\u790e\u4e0a\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5927\u7063\u5340\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u5728\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u990a\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u9762\u5c07\u6703\u6709\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u9047\u548c\u7a7a\u9593\u3002<\/p><p><b>\u5275\u5efa\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u65b0\u5e73\u53f0<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p>\u65bc2002\u5e74\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u9662\uff0c\u4ee5\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e16\u754c\u4e00\u6d41\u7684\u4e2d\u85e5\u8cea\u91cf\u7cfb\u7d71\u7814\u7a76\u8207\u5275\u65b0\u4e2d\u85e5\u7814\u767c\u5e73\u53f0\u70ba\u9858\u666f\uff0c\u57f9\u80b2\u5927\u6279\u5275\u65b0\u82f1\u624d\uff0c\u79d1\u7814\u6210\u679c\u9a55\u4eba\u30022008\u5e74\u738b\u4e00\u6fe4\u6559\u6388\u7387\u9818\u6fb3\u9580\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u5b78\u8005\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u727d\u982d\u5411\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u6280\u90e8\u7533\u5831\u6210\u7acb\u4e2d\u85e5\u8cea\u91cf\u7814\u7a76\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc2010\u5e7412\u6708\u7372\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u6280\u90e8\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u5168\u570b\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u9818\u57df\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u843d\u6236\u6fb3\u9580\u3002\u81ea\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u63a5\u5f85\u4e86\u570b\u5bb6\u4e3b\u5e2d\u7fd2\u8fd1\u5e73\u3001\u6642\u4efb\u570b\u52d9\u9662\u7e3d\u7406\u6eab\u5bb6\u5bf6\u3001\u6642\u4efb\u570b\u5bb6\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\u66fe\u6176\u7d05\u7b49\u570b\u5bb6\u9818\u5c0e\u4eba\u30022014\u5e74\u7fd2\u4e3b\u5e2d\u5230\u8a2a\u6fb3\u5927\uff0c\u5728\u807d\u53d6\u738b\u4e00\u6fe4\u6559\u6388\u4ecb\u7d39\u7531\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u81ea\u4e3b\u7814\u767c\u7684\u5168\u7403\u9996\u5275\u300c\u591a\u614b\u4e00\u9ad4\u5316\u81a0\u56ca\u300d\u5f8c\uff0c\u7fd2\u4e3b\u5e2d\u9f13\u52f5\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u53c3\u8207\u570b\u5bb6\u5275\u65b0\u9a45\u52d5\u767c\u5c55\u6230\u7565\uff0c\u70ba\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u767c\u5c55\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p><p>\u738b\u4e00\u6fe4\u6559\u6388\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u662f\u4e2d\u83ef\u6587\u660e\u7684\u7470\u5bf6\uff0c\u53d7\u5230\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u3002\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u4f86\u4e00\u76f4\u53d7\u5230\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u548c\u7279\u5340\u7684\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u5efa\u8a2d\u6fb3\u9580\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u79d1\u6280\u7522\u696d\u5e73\u53f0\u5beb\u9032\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5927\u7063\u5340\u767c\u5c55\u7db1\u8981\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5728\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u990a\u548c\u6210\u529f\u8f49\u5316\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u5c07\u6703\u6709\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u9047\u548c\u7a7a\u9593\u3002\u300d\u57282018\u5e74\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u5df2\u8207\u5ee3\u5dde\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u6d78\u6703\u5927\u5b78\u5171\u540c\u69cb\u5efa\u300c\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5927\u7063\u5340\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u5275\u65b0\u4e2d\u5fc3\u300d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5f9e\u4e8b\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u5275\u65b0\u7814\u767c\u548c\u4e2d\u85e5\u570b\u969b\u54c1\u8cea\u6a19\u6e96\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u738b\u6559\u6388\u88dc\u5145\u9053\uff1a\u300c\u501f\u52a9\u5927\u7063\u5340\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u6211
