<p>\u7531\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u61b2\u6cd5\u8207\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u806f\u5408\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u61b2\u6cd5\u8207\u884c\u653f\u6cd5\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u6e2f\u6fb3\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u6df1\u5733\u5927\u5b78\u6e2f\u6fb3\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u6cd5\u52d9\u5c40\u5408\u8fa6\u7684\u201c\u7d00\u5ff5\u6fb3\u9580\u56de\u6b7820\u5468\u5e74\u66a8\u6fb3\u9580\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u5be6\u65bd\u7d93\u9a57\u7e3d\u7d50\u548c\u5c55\u671b\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u201d\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u773e\u591a\u5167\u5730\u53ca\u6fb3\u9580\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b78\u8005\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u5c31\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\u4e0b\u6fb3\u9580\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u5be6\u65bd\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u8b70\u984c\u9032\u884c\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u3002<\/p><p>\u958b\u5e55\u5f0f\u4e0a\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u6821\u9577\u5b8b\u6c38\u83ef\u81f4\u8fad\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u767c\u5c55\u5f97\u76ca\u65bc\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\u7684\u5049\u5927\u5be6\u8e10\uff0c\u6a6b\u7434\u65b0\u6821\u5340\u6bd4\u539f\u6fb3\u5927\u6821\u5340\u5927\u4e86\u8fd120\u500d\uff0c\u4f7f\u6fb3\u5927\u80fd\u62d3\u5c55\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u4e5f\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u5e2b\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u74b0\u5883\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u5e9c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u91cd\u8996\u548c\u95dc\u61f7\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5340\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u4e8b\u696d\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\u7684\u5049\u5927\u5be6\u8e10\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u96a8\u7740\u5927\u7063\u5340\u5efa\u8a2d\u6df1\u5165\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\u53ca\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u4e5f\u5c07\u9081\u5165\u65b0\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u66f4\u9700\u8981\u901a\u904e\u5168\u9762\u6e96\u78ba\u8cab\u5fb9\u5be6\u65bd\u300a\u61b2\u6cd5\u300b\u8207\u300a\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u5c07\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u8207\u50f9\u503c\u767c\u63ee\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u4f7f\u7279\u5340\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u878d\u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u5927\u5c40\uff0c\u5728\u5927\u7063\u5340\u5efa\u8a2d\u8207\u5408\u4f5c\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u6fb3\u9580\u81ea\u8eab\u512a\u52e2\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p><p>\u5168\u570b\u6e2f\u6fb3\u7814\u7a76\u6703\u6703\u9577\u5f90\u6fa4\u5c0d\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5340\u7684\u6210\u529f\u5be6\u8e10\u4e88\u4ee5\u9ad8\u5ea6\u80af\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ed6\u7e3d\u7d50\u4e86\u56de\u6b78\u4ee5\u4f86\u300a\u6fb3\u9580\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u300b\u5be6\u65bd\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5c0d\u6fb3\u9580\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u63d0\u51fa\u61c9\u7576\u59cb\u7d42\u5805\u6301\u201c\u7d71\u4e00\u201d\u548c\u201c\u767c\u5c55\u201d\u7684\u521d\u5fc3\u4e0d\u52d5\u6416\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u878d\u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u5927\u5c40\u7b49\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0d\u6fb3\u5927\u5728\u6587\u5316\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u5f15\u9818\u4f5c\u7528\u5bc4\u4e88\u539a\u671b\u3002\u6fb3\u9580\u6cd5\u52d9\u5c40\u5c40\u9577\u5289\u5fb7\u5b78\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8981\u7e7c\u7e8c\u63a8\u9032\u65b0\u6642\u671f\u6fb3\u9580\u5be6\u8e10\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\uff0c\u9700\u5f9e\u7406\u8ad6\u548c\u5be6\u8e10\u5169\u65b9\u9762\u63a2\u7d22\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u78ba\u4fdd\u5728\u5805\u5b88\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u4e4b\u672c\u201d\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\uff0c\u5169\u5236\u4e4b\u9593\u80fd\u548c\u8ae7\u5171\u8655\u548c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u767c\u63ee\u201c\u5169\u5236\u4e4b\u5229\u201d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u76ee\u7684\u548c\u5c0e\u5411\u4e0a\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u670d\u5f9e\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u4e4b\u672c\u201d\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u884c\u4e4b\u6709\u6548\u7684\u9ad4\u5236\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p><p>\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u4e0a\uff0c\u8207\u6703\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b78\u8005\u570d\u7e5e\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\u8207\u570b\u5bb6\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u201c\u4e00\u570b\u5169\u5236\u201d\u8207\u7279\u5340\u5be6\u8e10\u3001\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u8207\u7279\u5340\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5927\u7063\u5340\u5efa\u8a2d\u8207\u878d\u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u7b49\u8b70\u984c\u5c55\u958b\u767c\u8a00\u8207\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u4f86\u81ea\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6df1\u5733\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u7b49\u9ad8\u6821\u7684\u5b78\u8005\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u89c0\u9ede\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u3002\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u773e\u591a\u6fb3\u5927\u5e2b\u751f\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u4e26\u5c31\u4e0d\u540c\u8b70\u984c\u8207\u8b1b\u8005\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002<\/p><p>\u51fa\u5e2d\u958b\u5e55\u5100\u5f0f\u7684\u5609\u8cd3\u9084\u6709\u5168\u570b\u4eba\u5927\u5e38\u59d4\u6703\u6e2f\u6fb3\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7814\u7a76\u5ba4\u4e3b\u4efb\u528
