fusion-text-1\"><p>\u96a8\u8457\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u570b\u969b\u5316\u65e5\u76ca\u52a0\u6df1\uff0c\u5c0d\u5916\u767c\u5c55\u6210\u70ba\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u5b8c\u5584\u6559\u5b78\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4e00\u74b0\u3002\u57282014\u5e74\u5168\u9762\u9077\u5f80\u6a6b\u7434\u5cf6\u6821\u5712\u5f8c\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u9769\u65b0\u5c0d\u5916\u767c\u5c55\u6230\u7565\uff0c\u8207\u5168\u570b\u5404\u5730\u3001\u8461\u8a9e\u570b\u5bb6\u3001\u82f1\u8a9e\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5468\u908a\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u5925\u4f34\u62d3\u5c55\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u7db2\u7d61\u904d\u53ca\u4e94\u6d32\u56db\u6d0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u64f4\u5c55\u5168\u7403\u5408\u4f5c\u7db2\u7d61<\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u5341\u5e74\uff0c\u5927\u5b78\u5438\u5f15\u4f86\u81ea\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u548c\u5b78\u8005\u4f86\u8a2a\uff0c\u4e26\u8209\u8fa6\u773e\u591a\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u8853\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u5b78\u8853\u4ea4\u6d41\u8207\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u8207\u6fb3\u5927\u7c3d\u8a02\u5408\u4f5c\u5354\u8b70\u7684\u9ad8\u6821\u6578\u91cf\u5f9e2015\u5e74\u7684183\u6240\u589e\u81f32024\u5e74\u7684320\u6240\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb38\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u53ca\u5730\u5340\uff1b\u5b78\u751f\u4ea4\u6d41\u5408\u4f5c\u9662\u6821\u4e5f\u5f9e2015\u5e74\u7684122\u6240\u589e\u81f32024\u5e74\u7684177\u6240\uff0c\u8986\u84cb34\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u53ca\u5730\u5340\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6fb3\u5927\u81f4\u529b\u8207\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u6a5f\u69cb\u5efa\u7acb\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u77e5\u8b58\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u5171\u4eab\uff0c\u4ee5\u300c\u7acb\u8db3\u6fb3\u9580\u3001\u5171\u5efa\u7063\u5340\u3001\u878d\u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u3001\u8d70\u5411\u4e16\u754c\u300d\u70ba\u767c\u5c55\u5b9a\u4f4d\uff0c\u63a8\u884c\u300c4S\u300d\u570b\u969b\u5316\u6230\u7565\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u300c\u6230\u7565\u6027\u300d\uff08Strategic\uff09\u3001\u300c\u5be6\u8cea\u6027\u300d\uff08Substantial\uff09\u3001\u300c\u5177\u9ad4\u6027\u300d\uff08Specific\uff09\u3001\u300c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u300d\uff08Sustainable\uff09\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5be6\u73fe\u5b78\u8853\u4e0a\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u5b78\u751f\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u4ea4\u6d41\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u52a0\u5f37\u8207\u5168\u570b\u5404\u5730\u9ad8\u6821\u5408\u4f5c<\/p>\n<p>\u6fb3\u5927\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u62d3\u5c55\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u5167\u5730\u4e00\u6d41\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5982\u806f\u5408\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u990a\u548c\u5354\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u5275\u65b0\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u5927\u5c40\uff0c\u5408\u4f5c\u9662\u6821\u5305\u62ec\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u5357\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u5fa9\u65e6\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6d59\u6c5f\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u54c8\u723e\u6ff1\u5de5\u696d\u5927\u5b78\u7b49\u3002\u57282023\u5e7412\u6708\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u52a0\u5165\u300c\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u5b78\u6821\u9577\u806f\u8abc\u6703\u300d\uff08C9\u806f\u76df+\uff09\uff0c\u8207\u5167\u5730\u4e5d\u6240\u9ad8\u6821\u4ee5\u53ca\u9999\u6e2f\u4e09\u6240\u9ad8\u6821\u5171\u540c\u5f62\u6210\u300cC9+3+1\u300d\u4ea4\u6d41\u5408\u4f5c\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e2d\u570b\u4e00\u6d41\u5927\u5b78\u5efa\u8a2d\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u6821\u969b\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6fb3\u5927\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4e5f\u53d6\u5f97\u986f\u8457\u6210\u679c\u3002\u81ea2019\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u6df1\u5733\u5148\u9032\u6280\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u806f\u5408\u57f9\u990a\u535a\u58eb\u7814\u7a76\u751f\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u8f44\u4e0b\u7684\u4e94\u6240\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u6240\u5efa\u7acb\u806f\u5408\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u8166\u8207\u8a8d\u77e5\u79d1\u5b78\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u8207\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u3001\u7a7a\u9593\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u816b\u7624\u8207\u57fa\u790e\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u7b49\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u5df2\u958b\u5c5527\u500b\u7814\u7a76\u9805\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6fb3\u5927\u8207\u7cb5\u6e2f\u5169\u5730\u7684\u9ad8\u6821\u4e5f\u4e00\u76f4\u7dca\u5bc6\u5408\u4f5c\u30022016\u5e74\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u8207\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u4e09\u5730\u517137\u6240\u9ad8\u6821\u7d44\u5efa\u300c\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u9ad8\u6821\u806f\u76df\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u64d4\u4efb\u526f\u7406\u4e8b\u9577\u55ae\u4f4d\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u9084\u53c3\u8207\u8d85\u904e20\u500b\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u9ad8\u6821\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u806f\u76df\u30022019\u5e74\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u66f4\u8207\u591a\u6240\u9662\u6821\u5171\u540c\u767c\u8d77\u300c\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5927\u7063\u5340\u897f\u5cb8\u79d1\u6280\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u990a\u5408\u4f5c\u806f\u76df\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u64d4\u4efb\u7406\u4e8b\u9577\u55ae\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5176\u5b83\u5340\u57df\u6027\u5408\u4f5c\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u65bc2021\u5e74\u53c3\u8207\u5275\u7acb\u300c\u8607\u6e2f\u6fb3\u9ad8\u6821\u5408\u4f5c\u806f\u76d
