\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u5065\u5eb7\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u6559\u6388\u8881\u632f\u5e36\u9818\u7684\u5718\u968a\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u4e00\u7a2e\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u6cbb\u7642\u8166\u819c\u708e\u7684\u65b0\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u5728\u300a\u79d1\u5b78\u9032\u5c55\u300b\uff08Science Advances<\/i>\uff09\u671f\u520a\u4e0a\u767c\u8868\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u548c\u8166\u79d1\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u95dc\u6ce8\u3002<\/p>

\u7531\u65bc\u904e\u5ea6\u4f7f\u7528\u6297\u751f\u7d20\uff0c\u591a\u91cd\u8010\u85e5\u7d30\u83cc\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\u548c\u5ee3\u6cdb\u50b3\u64ad\u5c0d\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u69cb\u6210\u5de8\u5927\u6311\u6230\u3002\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u591a\u91cd\u8010\u85e5\u7d30\u83cc\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u5df2\u88ab\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\uff08WHO\uff09\u5217\u70ba\u9700\u512a\u5148\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684ESKAPE\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u591a\u91cd\u8010\u85e5\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\uff08Acinetobacter baumannii<\/i>\uff09\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u4e26\u5df2\u51fa\u73fe\u5c0d\u66ff\u52a0\u74b0\u7d20\u548c\u7c98\u83cc\u7d20\u7684\u8010\u85e5\u83cc\u682a\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u985e\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u5982\u814e\u6bd2\u6027\u7b49\u4e0d\u5bb9\u5ffd\u8996\uff0c\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u958b\u767c\u65b0\u578b\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u4f86\u61c9\u5c0d\u9019\u4e00\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u91cd\u9ede\u662f\u958b\u767c\u91d1\u5c6c\u7d61\u5408\u7269\u4f5c\u70ba\u6297\u591a\u91cd\u8010\u85e5\u83cc\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u6297\u83cc\u5291\u3002\u91d1\u5c6c\u8907\u5408\u7269\u4ee5\u4e00\u500b\u6216\u591a\u500b\u91d1\u5c6c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u70ba\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u5728\u591a\u500b\u914d\u9ad4\u7684\u4fc3\u9032\u4e0b\u5f62\u6210\u9ad8\u5ea6\u591a\u6a23\u5316\u7684\u4e09\u7dad\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6ec5\u83cc\u6548\u7387\u3001\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u9776\u5411\u6027\u548c\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u8010\u85e5\u6027\u3002<\/p>

\u70ba\u4e86\u6d88\u9664\u591a\u91cd\u8010\u85e5\u7d30\u83cc\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5c0d1,100\u591a\u7a2eFDA\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u6027\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u85e5\u7269\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u5168\u9762\u7be9\u9078\uff0c\u4e26\u63a2\u7a76\u4e86broxyquinoline\uff08Bq\uff09\u8207\u5404\u7a2e\u91d1\u5c6c\u96e2\u5b50\u806f\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7642\u6548\u3002\u5728\u6e2c\u8a66\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5316\u5408\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70baZn(Bq)2<\/sub>\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u7d61\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u5b83\u88ab\u78ba\u5b9a\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u975e\u51e1\u7684\u5019\u9078\u7269\uff0c\u5c0d\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u7d040.21\u03bcg\/mL\u7684\u8d85\u4f4e\u6700\u5c0f\u6291\u5236\u6fc3\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>

\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u6297\u83cc\u91d1\u5c6c\u914d\u5408\u7269\u901a\u5e38\u5177\u6709\u758f\u6c34\u6027\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9650\u5236\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u529f\u6548\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6d3b\u6027\u6975\u9ad8\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u914d\u5408\u7269\u5728\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u751f\u7269\u74b0\u5883\u6642\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u914d\u9ad4\u4ea4\u63db\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u514b\u670d\u9019\u4e9b\u5c40\u9650\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u9776\u5411\u8f38\u9001\u548c\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u767c\u5c55\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\u6539\u9020\u4e86\u5177\u6709\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u9776\u5411\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u5916\u819c\u56ca\u6ce1\uff08OMV\uff09\u3002\u9019\u4e9bOMV\u5145\u7576\u8f09\u9ad4\uff0c\u80fd\u5c07\u6297\u83cc\u91d1\u5c6c\u914d\u5408\u7269\u76f4\u63a5\u8f38\u9001\u5230\u76ee\u6a19\u7d30\u83cc\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u6297\u83cc\u6548\u80fd\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u63a1\u7528\u4e86\u7d0d\u7c73\u6cb8\u77f3\u54aa\u5511\u9aa8\u67b6-8\uff08ZIF-8\uff09\u4f5c\u70ba\u85e5\u7269\u8f09\u9ad4\u5e73\u53f0\uff0cZIF-8\u6846\u67b6\u5141\u8a31\u9ad8\u6548\u88dd\u8f09\u4e26\u50b3\u8f38\u5f37\u6548\u6297\u83cc\u91d1\u5c6c\u914d\u5408\u7269Zn(Bq)2<\/sub>\u3002\u901a\u904e\u904b\u7528ZIF-8\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u91d1\u5c6c\u914d\u5408\u7269\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u751f\u7269\u5229\u7528\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u5176\u9ad8\u6548\u62b5\u9054\u76ee\u6a19\u7d30\u83cc\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u4e9b\u7d9c\u5408\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u6210\u529f\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u5c0d\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\u9ad8\u905499.9999999%\u7684\u6ec5\u6d3b\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u9084\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\u8a98\u767c\u8166\u819c\u708e\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u6d3b\u9ad4\u5be6\u9a57\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5229\u7528\u69cb\u5efa\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7652\u4e86\u7531\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u8166\u819c\u708e\uff0c\u7a81\u986f\u4e86\u8a72\u85e5\u7269\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u7d30\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u90a3\u4e9b\u96e3\u4ee5\u6839\u9664\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>

\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u4e0d\u50c5\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e86\u50b3\u7d71\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u5c0d\u9b91\u66fc\u4e0d\u52d5\u687f\u83cc\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u9084\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u9776\u5411\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u7531\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0bOMV\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u9776\u5411\u6ec5\u83cc\u9818\u57df\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u9032\u6b65\u3002\u8a72\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u6d88\u9664\u591a\u91cd\u8010\u85e5\u7d30\u83cc\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u8010\u85e5\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u61c9\u5c0d\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u8010\u85e5\u6027\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5a01\u8105\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u975e\u50b3\u7d71\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u958b\u767c\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u9032\u5c55\u3002<\/p>
