\u70ba\u5438\u5f15\u66f4\u591a\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u751f\u5230\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u5c31\u8b80\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u64f4\u5927\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u751f\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u6821\u9577\u5b8b\u6c38\u83ef\u96a8\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u6559\u80b2\u53ca\u9752\u5e74\u767c\u5c55\u5c40\u7684\u201c\u6fb3\u9580\u9ad8\u7b49\u9662\u6821\u5230\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u62db\u751f\u4ea4\u6d41\u201d\u4ee3\u8868\u5718\u5230\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u8209\u8fa6\u5347\u5b78\u8aaa\u660e\u6703\uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u62db\u751f\u5ba3\u50b3\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u591a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5347\u5b78\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u570b\u969b\u751f\u6e90\u3002\u6b64\u884c\u5b8b\u6c38\u83ef\u4ea6\u8a2a\u554f\u4e86\u7576\u5730\u591a\u6240\u9802\u5c16\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u6fb3\u5927\u8207\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u9ad8\u6821\u4e4b\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u5b8b\u6c38\u83ef\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u570b\u969b\u751f\u6e90\u662f\u6fb3\u5927\u570b\u969b\u5316\u6230\u7565\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u662f\u6b21\u51fa\u8a2a\u8b93\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u52a0\u6df1\u5c0d\u6fb3\u5927\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u6a21\u5f0f\u3001\u5b78\u79d1\u512a\u52e2\u3001\u4f4f\u5bbf\u5f0f\u66f8\u9662\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3001\u79d1\u7814\u8cc7\u6e90\u548c\u7b56\u7565\u90e8\u7f72\u7b49\u7684\u4e86\u89e3\u3002\u672a\u4f86\u6fb3\u5927\u5c07\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u734e\u5b78\u91d1\u4e88\u512a\u79c0\u7684\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u512a\u79c0\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u4f86\u6fb3\u5927\u5c31\u8b80\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u662f\u6b21\u8a2a\u554f\u4e5f\u5230\u8a2a\u4e86\u62c9\u66fc\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u99ac\u4f86\u4e9e\u5927\u5b78\u53ca\u5ec8\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u5206\u6821\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u9032\u6fb3\u5927\u8207\u570b\u969b\u77e5\u540d\u9ad8\u6821\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u4ea4\u6d41\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4ee3\u8868\u5718\u9996\u5148\u8a2a\u554f\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u83ef\u6821\u8463\u4e8b\u806f\u5408\u6703\u7e3d\u6703\uff08\u201c\u8463\u7e3d\u201d \uff09\uff0c\u7372\u5176\u4e3b\u5e2d\u9673\u5927\u9326\u7b49\u4ee3\u8868\u71b1\u60c5\u63a5\u5f85\u3002\u96a8\u5f8c\u8463\u7e3d\u8207\u5305\u62ec\u6fb3\u5927\u5728\u5167\u7684\u4e03\u6240\u6fb3\u9580\u9ad8\u6821\u7c3d\u7f72\u5408\u4f5c\u5099\u5fd8\u9304\uff0c\u85c9\u6b64\u52a0\u5f37\u9762\u5411\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5ba3\u50b3\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u591a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5347\u5b78\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u5728\u5e2b\u8cc7\u57f9\u8a13\u3001\u5b78\u751f\u4ea4\u6d41\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u5c55\u958b\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u8a2a\u554f\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u5718\u5148\u5f8c\u8209\u884c\u4e86\u201c\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u83ef\u6587\u7368\u7acb\u4e2d\u5b78\u62db\u751f\u4ea4\u6d41\u6703\u201d\u548c\u201c\u6fb3\u9580\u9ad8\u7b49\u9662\u6821\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u516c\u958b\u5347\u5b78\u8aaa\u660e\u6703\u201d\uff0c\u8207\u7576\u5730\u591a\u6240\u7368\u7acb\u4e2d\u5b78\u7684\u6821\u9577\u3001\u8001\u5e2b\u3001\u5bb6\u9577\u3001\u5b78\u751f\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u5718\u9ad4\u7b49\u9032\u884c\u5206\u4eab\u8207\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u53cd\u61c9\u71b1\u70c8\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u8ff4\u97ff\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u5347\u6fb3\u9580\u53ca\u6fb3\u5927\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u7684\u77e5\u540d\u5ea6\uff0c\u662f\u8cab\u5fb9\u843d\u5be6\u6fb3\u5927\u570b\u969b\u5316\u6230\u7565\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8209\u63aa\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u70ba\u8b93\u5927\u773e\u66f4\u4e86\u89e3\u6fb3\u9580\u4ee5\u53ca\u6fb3\u9580\u9ad8\u7b49\u9662\u6821\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u5718\u5230\u8a2a\u661f\u6d32\u65e5\u5831\uff0c\u7372\u7e3d\u7d93\u7406\u9673\u91d1\u6cc9\u548c\u66fe\u66c9\u840d\u7b49\u63a5\u5f85\u3002\u96d9\u65b9\u5c31\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u51fa\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5c07\u66f4\u591a\u5230\u6fb3\u9580\u5347\u5b78\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u50b3\u9054\u7d66\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u548c\u5bb6\u9577\u3002<\/p>\r\n
