<p>\u6d77\u8c9d\u5728\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u773c\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u6d77\u751f\u87ba\u985e\u7684\u5805\u786c\u4fdd\u8b77\u5916\u5c64\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u694a\u658c\u6559\u6388\u9019\u4f4d\u6b77\u53f2\u5b78\u5bb6\u7684\u773c\u4e2d\uff0c\u9019\u5c0f\u5c0f\u7684\u4e00\u9846\u6beb\u4e0d\u8d77\u773c\u7684\u6d77\u8c9d\uff0c\u537b\u53ef\u7aba\u8996\u51fa\u4e00\u6bb5\u9bae\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\u7684\u5168\u7403\u53f2\u3002<\/p><p>\u4e09\u5343\u5e74\u6b77\u53f2\u7684\u6d77\u8c9d<\/p><p>\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u6b77\u53f2\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u694a\u658c\u6559\u6388\u7684\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff0c\u64fa\u653e\u8457\u5f9e\u5404\u5730\u8cfc\u8cb7\u6216\u641c\u96c6\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u73cd\u54c1\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u6709\u6bb7\u5546\u6642\u671f\u7684\u9752\u9285\u8c9d\u548c\u4e0d\u540c\u5e74\u4ee3\u7684\u74f7\u5668\u548c\u66f8\u756b\u7b49\u3002\u5728\u4ed6\u773e\u591a\u7684\u85cf\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u6700\u4e0d\u986f\u773c\u7684\u61c9\u662f\u90a3\u5e7e\u9846\u6563\u5728\u9752\u82b1\u74f7\u76e4\u5b50\u88e1\u7684\u6d77\u8c9d\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u5011\u537b\u662f\u6240\u6709\u85cf\u54c1\u4e2d\u5e74\u4ee3\u6700\u4e45\u9060\u2014\u2014\u8db3\u8db3\u6709\u4e09\u5343\u5e74\u6b77\u53f2\u3002<\/p><p>\u8a2a\u554f\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u694a\u6559\u6388\u5411\u8a18\u8005\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u4ed6\u66f8\u684c\u4e0a\u9019\u4e9b\u73cd\u73e0\u767d\u8272\u3001\u5927\u5c0f\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u6d77\u8c9d\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u6d77\u8c9d\u7684\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u689d\u9577\u9577\u7684\u9f52\u69fd\uff0c\u80cc\u9762\u7a0d\u5fae\u7a81\u8d77\u3002\u300c\u6211\u7814\u7a76\u9019\u4e9b\u6d77\u8c9d\u8db3\u8db318\u5e74\u4e86\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5168\u90fd\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u6578\u5343\u5e74\u524d\u7684\u53e4\u7269\uff0c\u5341\u5206\u73cd\u8cb4\uff0c\u5728\u53e4\u4ee3\u8cbf\u6613\u5e02\u5834\u4f54\u8209\u8db3\u8f15\u91cd\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u8cbf\u6613\u4e5f\u6709\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u694a\u6559\u6388\u5728\u51762021\u5e74\u51fa\u7248\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u7248\u8457\u4f5c\u300a\u6d77\u8c9d\u8207\u8c9d\u5e63:\u9bae\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\u7684\u5168\u7403\u53f2\u300b\u5f9e\u5168\u7403\u53f2\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u63a2\u8a0e\u8c9d\u5e63\u7684\u8d77\u6e90\u3001\u6f14\u8b8a\u3001\u50f9\u503c\u7b49\uff0c\u6e9d\u901a\u4e2d\u570b\u53f2\u8ddf\u4e16\u754c\u53f2\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u65e2\u6709\u5730\u65b9\u7279\u8272\u53c8\u6709\u5168\u7403\u6027\u7684\u8c9d\u5e63\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u70ba\u8b80\u8005\u63cf\u7e6a\u4e86\u4e00\u5e45\u6d69\u701a\u7684\u8ca8\u5e63\u53f2\u756b\u5377\u3002<\/p><p>\u8a72\u66f8\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u5f9e\u65b0\u77f3\u5668\u6642\u671f\u523020\u4e16\u7d00\u4e2d\u671f\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u3001\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u3001\u5148\u79e6\u4e2d\u570b\u3001\u53e4\u4ee3\u96f2\u5357\u3001\u897f\u975e\u3001\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u8af8\u5cf6\u548c\u5317\u7f8e\u9577\u671f\u5b58\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6d77\u8c9d\u548c\u8c9d\u5e63\uff0c\u8a66\u5716\u6253\u901a\u4e2d\u570b\u53f2\u548c\u4e16\u754c\u53f2\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u7d93\u6fdf\u53f2\u3001\u8ca8\u5e63\u53f2\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u53f2\u548c\u5168\u7403\u53f2\u5747\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u7684\u7a81\u7834\uff0c\u7372\u5f97\u793e\u79d1\u6587\u737b\u51fa\u7248\u793e\u7684\u300c2021\u5e74\u5ea6\u5341\u5927\u597d\u66f8\u300d\u3001\u300a\u4e2d\u83ef\u8b80\u66f8\u5831\u300b\u7684\u300c2021\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e0d\u5bb9\u932f\u904e\u768420\u7a2e\u6b77\u53f2\u597d\u66f8\u300d\u3001\u300a\u65b0\u4eac\u5831\u300b\u7684\u300c2021\u5e74\u5ea6\u95b1\u8b80\u63a8\u85a6\u300d\u53ca\u570b\u5bb6\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7b2c17\u5c46\u6587\u6d25\u5716\u66f8\u734e\u7684\u300c\u63a8\u85a6\u5716\u66f8\u300d\u3002\u694a\u6559\u6388\u8aaa:\u300c\u5728250\u591a\u7a2e\u6d77\u8c9d\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4fd7\u540d\u300e\u8c9d\u9f52\u300f\u7684\u8ca8\u8c9d\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c11\u91cf\u7684\u74b0\u7d0b\u8ca8\u8c9d\u88ab\u9078\u4e2d\u4f5c\u70ba\u8ca8\u5e63\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6d77\u8c9d\u6210\u5e74\u5f8c\u5927\u5c0f\u90fd\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u9577\u7d041.5\u5398\u7c73\u81f32\u5398\u7c73\uff0c\u5bec\u7d040.8\u5398\u7c73\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u5728\u6d41\u6c34\u7dda\u4e0a\u751f\u7522\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u5b83\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u548c\u897f\u975e\u6210\u70ba\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u4e3b\u56e0\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u6d77\u8c9d\u53ea\u91cd\u7d041\u514b\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u8f15\u5de7\u548c\u6613\u651c\uff0c\u5805\u786c\u4e0d\u6613\u8150\u8755\uff0c\u5728\u4ea4\u6613\u4e2d\u53ef\u7a31\u3001\u53ef\u91cf\u3001\u53ef\u6578\uff0c\u662f\u6210\u70ba\u5c0f\u984d\u4ea4\u6613\u5a92\u4ecb\u7684\u4e0d\u4e8c\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u4e00\u9846\u6d77\u8c9d\u9023\u7e6b\u4e2d\u5916<\/p><p>\u694a\u6559\u6388\u4f86\u81ea\u6d59\u6c5f\uff0c\u4e0a\u4e16\u7d0090\u5e74\u4ee3\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u5b78\u653b\u8b80\u672c\u79d1\u53ca\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c2004\u5e74\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u6ce2\u58eb\u9813\u6771\u5317\u5927\u5b78\u5b8c\u6210\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002\u5148\u5f8c\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u5b78\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u570b\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u4efb\u6559\uff0c2017\u5e74\u52a0\u5165\u6fb3\u5927\uff0c2021\u5e747\u6708\u51fa\u4efb\u6b77\u53f2\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u3002\u4ed6\u9189\u5fc3\u4e2d\u570b\u53f2\u3001\u5168\u7403\u53f2\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u53f2\u548c\u79d1\u6280\u91ab\u7642\u53f2\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u662f\u897f\u51b7\u5370\u793e\u793e\u54e1\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u6fb3\u5927\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u540d\u8a72\u793e\u793e\u54e1\u3002<\/p><p>\u694a\u6559\u6388\u662f\u6700\u65e9\u63d0\u5021\u4e26\u5be6\u8e10\u5f9e\u908a\u7586\u770b\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u5b78\u8005\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u653b\u8b80\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u671f\u9593\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u5c07\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u76ee\u5149\u6295\u5411\u96f2\u5357\uff0c\u66f4\u6c7a\u5b9a\u628a\u96f2\u5357\u6b77\u53f2\u4f5c\u70ba\u5176\u535a\u58eb\u8ad6\u6587\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8ab2\u984c\u3002\u5728\u96f2\u5357\u9032\u884c\u7530\u91ce\u8abf\u67e5\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u4ed6\u66f4\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u8c9d\u5e63\u5728\u53e4\u4ee3\u5df2\u7d93\u5728\u5167\u9678\u96f2\u5357\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u56de\u7f8e\u5f8c\u5373\u544a\u8a34\u5c0e\u5e2b\u9019\u500b\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u300c\u6211\u7684\u5c0e\u5e2b\u4e5f\u8ddf\u6211\u8aaa\u8d77\u897f\u975e\u8c9d\u5e63\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u6211\u5c0d\u8c9d\u5e63\u7684\u8208\u8da3\u3002\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u9084\u5beb\u4e86\u4e09\u7bc7\u95dc\u65bc\u96f2\u5357\u3001\u6bb7\u589f\u4ee5\u53ca\u6574\u500b\u4e9e\u6d32\u6d77\u8c9d\u8208\u8870\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u672c\u4ee5\u70ba\u6211\u7684\u89c0\u9ede\u5168\u90fd\u5beb\u5728\u6587\u7ae0\u88e1\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u5f8c\u4f86\u6211\u53c8\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u65b0\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u53c8\u64b0\u5beb\u4e86\u300a\u6d77\u8c9d\u8207\u8c9d\u5e63:\u9bae\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\u7684\u5168\u7403\u53f2\u300b\u4e00\u66f8\u52a0\u4ee5\u8a73\u8ff0\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u76ee\u524d\u5b78\u8853\u754c\u5927\u591a\u628a\u4e2d\u570b\u53f2\u8207\u4e16\u754c\u53f2\u5206\u958b\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u694a\u6559\u6388\u5e0c\u671b\u900f\u904e\u4ed6\u7684\u66f8\uff0c\u628a\u4e2d\u570b\u53f2\u8ddf\u4e16\u754c\u53f2\u5169\u500b\u5b78\u79d1\u4e92\u76f8\u878d\u901a\uff0c\u300c\u4e2d\u570b\u662f\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u4e4b\u5916\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u7684\u8457\u4f5c\u5f9e\u99ac\u723e\u4ee3\u592b\u958b\u59cb\u61c9\u7528\u8c9d\u5e63\u5beb\u8d77\uff0c\u6309\u6642\u9593\u9806\u5e8f\u63cf\u8ff0\u6d77\u8c9d\u4f5c\u70ba\u8c9d\u5e63\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u5730\u5340\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4ed6\u540c\u6642\u5118\u91cf\u5f37\u8abf\u8c9d\u5e63\u8de8\u5730\u5340\u7684\u806f\u7e6b\u3001\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u8108\u7d61\uff0c\u914d\u4ee5\u5404\u5730\u6709\u95dc\u8c9d\u5e63\u7684\u8003\u53e4\u7d00\u9304\u3001\u4eba\u7269\u904a\u8a18\u3001\u6cd5\u5178\u7b49\uff0c\u7528\u5730\u65b9\u6750\u6599\u8b1b\u8ff0\u5168\u7403\u6545\u4e8b\u3002<\/p><p>\u694a\u6559\u6388\u9084\u5728\u8457\u4f5c\u4e2d\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u548c\u5f88\u591a\u5b78\u8005\u4e0d\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u89c0\u9ede\uff0c\u662f\u5176\u8457\u4f5c\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u4eae\u9ede\u3002\u300c\u4e2d\u570b\u5b78\u8853\u754c\u5f88\u591a\u5b78\u8005\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u6d77\u8c9d\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u6700\u65e9\u7684\u8ca8\u5e63\uff0c\u662f\u6700\u65e9\u4f7f\u7528\u6d77\u8c9d\u4f5c\u70ba\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u3002\u4f46\u6211\u6307\u51fa\u4e86\u6d77\u8c9d\u5728\u53e4\u4ee3\u7684\u4e2d\u570b\u4e26\u975e\u8ca8\u5e63\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u300e\u8ca8\u5e63\u5019\u9078\u7269\u300f\u3002\u300e\u8ca8\u5e63\u5019\u9078\u7269\u300f\u662f\u6307\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u70ba\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6700\u7d42\u53ef\u80fd\u6c92\u6709\u6210\u70ba\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u6771\u897f\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u4eba\u5011\u5206\u4e0d\u6e05\u8cb4\u91cd\u7269\u54c1\u548c\u8ca8\u5e63\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u8ca8\u5e63\u5c31\u7b49\u65bc\u8ca1\u5bcc\u548c\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u6771\u897f\u3002\u6d77\u8c9d\u4f86\u81ea\u9059\u9060\u7684\u5370\u5ea6\u6d0b\uff0c\u904b\u8f38\u4e0d\u4fbf\uff0c\u4f9b\u61c9\u4e5f\u4e0d\u7a69\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5b83\u5728\u53e4\u4ee3\u4e2d\u570b\u6c92\u6709\u6210\u70ba\u8ca8\u5e63\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u9084\u4ee5\u73cd\u8cb4\u7684\u947d\u77f3\u6bd4\u55bb\u70ba\u53e4\u6642\u7684\u6d77\u8c9d\uff0c\u300c\u96d6\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u947d\u77f3\u63db\u53d6\u8ca8\u5e63\uff0c\u4f46\u4eba\u5011\u4e0d\u7528\u947d\u77f3\u6d88\u8cbb\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6d77\u8c9d\u548c\u947d\u77f3\u4e00\u6a23\u90fd\u4e0d\u662f\u8ca8\u5e63\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u8207\u6fb3\u9580\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u56e0\u7de3<\/p><p>2017\u5e74\u6625\uff0c\u8eab\u8655\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u694a\u6559\u6388\u6b63\u5728\u64b0\u5beb\u4e00\u672c\u8b1b\u8ff0\u570b\u5b78\u5927\u5e2b\u9952\u5b97\u9824\u6559\u6388\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5927\u5b78\u4efb\u6559\u7d93\u6b77\u7684\u66f8\uff0c\u4ed6\u641c\u96c6\u8cc7\u6599\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5076\u7136\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u570b\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u535a\u7269\u9928\u674e\u5149\u524d\u85cf\u54c1\u9928\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u6b63\u5c55\u51fa\u4e00\u5e45\u9577318\u5398\u7c73\uff0c\u5bec30\u5398\u7c73\u7684\u6e05\u4ee3\u6fb3\u9580\u5c7
