<p>\u201c\u7b2c\u516d\u5c46\u6df1\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5927\u6578\u64da\u8ad6\u58c7\u201d\u4ee5\u7dda\u4e0a\u7dda\u4e0b\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u65bc\u6df1\u6e2f\u6fb3\u540c\u6b65\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6fb3\u9580\u6703\u5834\u8a2d\u65bc\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u3002\u591a\u4f4d\u4f86\u81ea\u6df1\u6e2f\u6fb3\u4e09\u5730\u7684\u5091\u51fa\u5927\u6578\u64da\u5c08\u5bb6\u3001\u5b78\u8005\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u4ee3\u8868\u570d\u7e5e\u6578\u5b57\u7d93\u6fdf\u8207\u7063\u5340\u767c\u5c55\u7b49\u8a71\u984c\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u5927\u6578\u64da\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u6df1\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5927\u6578\u64da\u7684\u8de8\u754c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5404\u65b9\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u79d1\u7814\u5275\u65b0\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u7522\u5b78\u7814\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u529b\u6c42\u628a\u63e1\u5951\u6a5f\u4ee5\u5408\u529b\u6253\u9020\u570b\u969b\u5275\u65b0\u5408\u4f5c\u5e73\u53f0\u3002<\/p><p>\u8ad6\u58c7\u7531\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u6578\u64da\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u83ef\u4eba\u5927\u6578\u64da\u5b78\u6703\u3001\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u4fe1\u606f\u884c\u696d\u5354\u6703\u3001\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u79d1\u6280\u4ea4\u6d41\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u524d\u6d77\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u9999\u6e2f\u806f\u7d61\u8655\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u5c08\u696d\u5354\u6703\u53ca\u4e2d\u570b\u96fb\u4fe1\u6df1\u5733\u5206\u516c\u53f8\u806f\u5408\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u5927\u7063\u5340\u570b\u969b\u4fe1\u606f\u79d1\u6280\u5354\u6703\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u96fb\u8166\u5b78\u6703\u3001\u83ef\u70ba\u6280\u8853\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u5317\u4eac\u4e2d\u79d1\u805e\u6b4c\u79d1\u6280\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u53ca\u5929\u878d\u4fe1\u79d1\u6280\u96c6\u5718\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u5354\u8fa6\u3002<\/p><p>\u4eca\u5c46\u8ad6\u58c7\u4ee5\u201c\u767c\u6398\u6578\u5b57\u8981\u7d20\u5e02\u5834\u4fc3\u9032\u7063\u5340\u6578\u5b57\u7d93\u6fdf\u201d\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u5206\u8b70\u984c\u70ba\u201c\u6df1\u6e2f\u6fb3\u6578\u64da\u6253\u901a\u53ca\u5408\u4f5c\u201d\u53ca\u201c\u6578\u5b57\u5316\u5982\u4f55\u52a9\u529b\u7063\u5340\u5408\u767c\u5c55\u201d\uff0c\u8a2d\u7f6e\u4e8610\u5834\u4e3b\u984c\u6f14\u8b1b\u548c3\u5834\u5713\u684c\u6703\u8b70\u3002\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u79d1\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u767c\u5c55\u57fa\u91d1\u9805\u76ee\u6210\u679c\u8f49\u5316\u53ca\u8f14\u52a9\u90e8\u9ad8\u7d1a\u7d93\u7406\u8b1d\u5049\u660e\u4ee5\u6fb3\u9580\u5340\u4e3b\u79ae\u5609\u8cd3\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u53c3\u8207\u5713\u684c\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u201c\u5982\u4f55\u7528\u597d\u6578\u64da\u8981\u7d20\u63a8\u52d5\u7063\u5340\u7d93\u6fdf\u201d\u70ba\u984c\u8207\u591a\u540d\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b78\u8005\u5c55\u958b\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u6578\u64da\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4ee3\u4e3b\u4efb\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\u4f59\u4eae\u8c6a\u4ea6\u4ee5\u201c\u57fa\u65bc\u6642\u7a7a\u5927\u6578\u64da\u53ca\u77e5\u8b58\u5716\u8b5c\u6280\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u652f\u6491\u7684\u6fb3\u9580\u75ab\u60c5\u9632\u63a7\u5de5\u4f5c\u201d\u70ba\u984c\u4f5c\u51fa\u5206\u4eab\u3002<\/p><p>\u8ad6\u58c7\u8a2d\u6709\u6df1\u6e2f\u6fb33\u5730\u6703\u5834\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u6fb3\u9580\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u4eba\u58eb\u53ca\u9752\u5e74\u5b78\u8005\u5230\u5834\u53ca\u7dda\u4e0a\u53c3\u8207\u3002\u51fa\u5e2d\u7684\u5609\u8cd3\u9084\u6709\u6fb3\u9580\u91d1\u878d\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u884c\u653f\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u6703\u54e1\u674e\u53ef\u6b23\uff0c\u884c\u653f\u516c\u8077\u5c40\u5ef3\u9577\u9673\u5b50\u5065\uff0c\u7d93\u6fdf\u53ca\u79d1\u6280\u767c\u5c55\u5c40\u79d1\u6280\u61c9\u7528\u53ca\u652f\u63f4\u8655\u8655\u9577\u9673\u7956\u69ae\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u5275\u65b0\u5275\u696d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u984f\u81f3\u5b8f\u3001\u6578\u64da\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4ee3\u4e3b\u4efb\u4f59\u4eae\u8c6a\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u90f5\u96fb\u5c40\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5929\u878d\u4fe1\u7db2\u7d61\u5b89\u5168\u6280\u8853\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u611b\u9054\u5229\u7db2\u7d61\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u842c\u9ad8\u4fe1\u606f\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5357\u5149\u96c6\u5718\uff0c\u83ef\u70ba\u6280\u8853\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u6fb3\u9580\u5206\u516c\u53f8\u7b49\u4e4b\u4ee3\u8868\u3002<\/p><div><\/div><p><\/p><p><\/p><table
