\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u5065\u5eb7\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\u674e\u5b50\u5b89\u548c\u6cd5\u570b\u827e\u514b\u65af\u99ac\u8cfd\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u6388\u5f6d\u73b2\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\u5c0f\u555f\u52d5RNA\uff08saRNA\uff09\u9776\u5411\u8abf\u63a7G\u86cb\u767d\u5076\u806f\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08GPCRs\uff09\u7684\u8868\u9054\u7528\u65bc\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u6291\u5236\u591a\u7a2e\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u548c\u64f4\u6563\uff0c\u70ba\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b0\u7b56\u7565\u3002 \u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u7372\u570b\u969b\u77e5\u540d\u671f\u520a\u300a\u5148\u9032\u79d1\u5b78\u300b\uff08Advanced Science\uff09\u4ee5\u5c01\u9762\u8ad6\u6587\u5f62\u5f0f\u520a\u767b\u3002<\/div>
<\/div>
\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528saRNA\u9776\u5411GPCR\u4e26\u7814\u7a76\u9019\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u9805\u76ee\u7684GPCR\u9776\u9ede \u662f Mas \u53d7\u9ad4 (MAS1)\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8abf\u7bc0\u814e\u7d20\u2014\u8840\u7ba1\u7dca\u5f35\u7d20\u7cfb\u7d71 (Renin-Angiotensin System, RAS)\u3002 RAS \u5728\u591a\u7a2e\u751f\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u53c3\u8207\u816b\u7624\u767c\u751f\u3001\u9032\u5c55\u548c\u8f49\u79fb\u3002RAS \u7684\u5931\u8abf\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u7d44\u7e54\u91cd\u5851\u3001\u767c\u708e\u3001\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u7b49\u904e\u7a0b\u5f71\u97ff\u4e26\u52a0\u5287\u816b\u7624\u7684\u60e1\u6027\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9776\u5411RAS\u5df2\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u8abf\u63a7\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u6291\u5236\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u548c\u64f4\u6563\u7684\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u5169\u89aa\u6027\u6a39\u5f62\u5206\u5b50(AD)\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u5c07\u628a\u5411MAS1\u7684saRNA (saMAS1)\u905e\u9001\u81f3\u816b\u7624\uff0c\u4e26\u8b49\u660e\u5728\u591a\u7a2e\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u80fd\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u5f37 MAS1\u7684\u8868\u9054\uff0c \u5f9e\u800c\u901a\u904e\u914d\u9ad4\u4f9d\u8cf4\u548c\u975e\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u6a5f\u5236\u6291\u5236\u8840\u7ba1\u7dca\u5f35\u7d20\u2161\u53ca\u5176\u53d7\u9ad4(AGTR1) \u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u5c0d\u816b\u7624\u767c\u751f\u548c\u767c\u5c55\u6709\u8457\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/div>

G\u86cb\u767d\u5076\u806f\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08GPCRs\uff09\u662f\u85e5\u7269\u958b\u767c\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u9776\u9ede\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u4e2d\u6709\u591a\u65bc30%\u662f\u9776\u5411GPCRs\u7684\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5df2\u7372\u6279\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u50c5\u9776\u541127% \u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u975e\u55c5\u89baGPCRs\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u8457\u5927\u91cf\u7684GPCRs\u76ee\u524d\u662f\u96e3\u4ee5\u6216\u4e0d\u53ef\u6210\u85e5\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cGPCRs\u5177\u6709\u591a\u7a2e\u4e9e\u578b\u548c\u526a\u63a5\u8b8a\u9ad4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u540c\u4e00\u4e9e\u5bb6\u65cf\u5167\u7684GPCRs\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u76f8\u4f3c\u6027\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u50b3\u7d71\u7684GPCRs\u6fc0\u52d5\u5291\uff0f\u62ee\u6297\u5291\u7684\u7279\u7570\u6027\u662f\u85e5\u7269\u7814\u767c\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u554f\u984c\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u958b\u767c\u4e00\u7a2e\u6709\u6548\u548c\u5177\u6709\u7279\u7570\u6027\u7684\u65b0\u578bGPCRs\u9776\u9ede\u5019\u9078\u85e5\u7269\u3002<\/div>

\u5c0f\u6838\u9178\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5c0f\u5e72\u64feRNA\uff08siRNA\uff09\u548c\u5c0f\u555f\u52d5RNA\uff08saRNA\uff09\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u901a\u904e\u583f\u57fa\u4e92\u88dc\u914d\u5c0d\u7279\u7570\u6027\u9776\u5411\u4e26\u4e14\u8abf\u63a7\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u70ba\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e0d\u53ef\u6210\u85e5\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u9776\u9ede\uff08\u5305\u62ecGPCRs\uff09\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7368\u7279\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u3002\u8207siRNA\u6291\u5236\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\u76f8\u53cd\uff0csaRNA\u53ef\u589e\u5f37\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\u3002saRNA\u80fd\u5920\u62db\u52dfRNA\u8a98\u5c0e\u8f49\u9304\u555f\u52d5\uff08RITA\uff09\u8907\u5408\u7269\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u5176\u53cd\u7fa9\u93c8\u8207\u76ee\u6a19\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u555f\u52d5\u5b50\u5340\u57df\u914d\u5c0d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u523a\u6fc0\u8fd1\u7aef\u57fa\u56e0\u8f49\u9304\u555f\u52d5\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u9996\u500b saRNA \u85e5\u7269 (MTL-CEBPA) \u5df2\u7528\u65bc\u665a\u671f\u809d\u764c\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u9776\u5411\u4e26\u4e0a\u8abfCCAAT \u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u7d50\u5408\u86cb\u767d \u03b1 \u7684\u8868\u9054\u3002<\/div>

\u7814\u7a76\u901a\u904eRNA\u555f\u52d5\u7cbe\u51c6\u9776\u5411GPCRs\uff0c\u70ba\u89e3\u6c7a\u96e3\u4ee5\u6216\u4e0d\u53ef\u6210\u85e5\u7684GPCR\u9776\u9ede\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u958b\u767c\u958b\u95e2\u4e86\u4e00\u689d\u65b0\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u901a\u904e\u9776\u5411\u814e\u7d20\u2014\u8840\u7ba1\u7dca\u5f35\u7d20\u7cfb\u7d71\u6cbb\u7642\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u65b0\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660esaRNA \u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u589e\u52a0 MAS1 \u8868\u9054\u662f\u6291\u5236\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u7684\u6709\u6548\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u524d\u666f\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u814e\u7d20\u2014\u8840\u7ba1\u7dca\u5f35\u7d20\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u591a\u500b\u751f\u7406\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u591a\u5411\u6027\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u958b\u767c\u7684\u5c0f\u555f\u52d5RNA\u5206\u5b50\u4e5f\u53ef\u88ab\u64f4\u5c55\u5230\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u5176\u4ed6\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5982\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u6216COVID-19\u76f8\u95dc\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/div>
