Newport\u5728\u5176\u5c08\u8457\u300a\u6df1\u5ea6\u5de5\u4f5c\u529b\u300b\u4e00\u66f8\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u300c\u6df1\u5ea6\u5de5\u4f5c\u529b\u300d\uff08Deep Work\uff09\u662f\u628a\u5c08\u6ce8\u548c\u52aa\u529b\u653e\u5728\u5275\u9020\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u7a00\u6709\u7684\u6280\u80fd\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u6210\u529f\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u66f8\u4e2d\u63d0\u5230\u300a\u54c8\u5229\u6ce2\u7279\u300b\u4f5c\u8005JK\u7f85\u7433\u96d6\u7136\u4f7f\u7528\u96fb\u8166\uff0c\u537b\u4ee5\u5beb\u4f5c\u54c8\u5229\u6ce2\u7279\u7cfb\u5217\u5c0f\u8aaa\u671f\u9593\u5f9e\u793e\u7fa4\u5a92\u9ad4\u6d88\u5931\u800c\u805e\u540d\u3002\u5fae\u8edf\u516c\u53f8\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u6bd4\u723e\u2022\u84cb\u8328\u4e5f\u4ee5\u4e00\u5e74\u5169\u6b21\u7684\u300c\u6c89\u601d\u9031\u300d\u800c\u805e\u540d\u3002<\/p><p>\u73fe\u5f9e\u4e8b\u4e2d\u82f1\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u71b1\u611b\u8a69\u6b4c\u5275\u4f5c\u7684\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u82f1\u6587\u7cfb\u6821\u53cb\u5289\u7d20\u537f\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u66fe\u4e00\u5ea6\u8fad\u53bb\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c08\u5fc3\u8655\u7406\u7b2c\u4e00\u672c\u8a69\u96c6\u300a\u9999\u6c34\u7684\u9918\u5730\u300b\u7684\u767c\u884c\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u5979\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u73fe\u4eca\u8077\u5834\u5c0d\u591a\u5de5\u8655\u7406\uff08Multitasking\uff09\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5341\u5206\u5e38\u898b\uff0c\u4ee5\u5979\u81ea\u5df1\u5f9e\u4e8b\u7684\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u6587\u5b78\u5275\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u82e5\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u7d93\u5e38\u88ab\u5916\u754c\u6216\u4fe1\u606f\u6253\u64fe\uff0c\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u6210\u6548\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u5979\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u5e38\u5e38\u8981\u6c42\u81ea\u5df1\u96c6\u4e2d\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u4e26\u7fd2\u6163\u628a\u624b\u6a5f\u5012\u653e\u5728\u684c\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u958b\u555f\u52ff\u64fe\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u95dc\u6389\u96fb\u8166\u4e0a\u7121\u95dc\u7684\u7db2\u9801\u7b49\u3002\u300c\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5c08\u6ce8\u5bb9\u6613\u4ee4\u4eba\u75b2\u618a\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6211\u6bcf\u6df1\u5ea6\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e00\u81f3\u5169\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u4fbf\u6703\u4f11\u606f\u5341\u5206\u9418\u3002\u4eba\u5011\u7cbe\u795e\u98fd\u6eff\u3001\u6c23\u5b9a\u795e\u9592\u505a\u6bcf\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\uff0c\u6df1\u6df1\u6295\u5165\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u7576\u4e0b\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u4e8b\u534a\u529f\u500d\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u5168\u795e\u8cab\u6ce8\u505a\u597d\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b<\/p><p>\u8607\u5049\u5091\u5f9e\u6fb3\u5927\u672c\u79d1\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u76f4\u63a5\u653b\u8b80\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u662f\u96fb\u6a5f\u53ca\u96fb\u8166\u5de5\u7a0b\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u4e03\u7bc7\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u8ad6\u6587\uff08\u5176\u4e2d\u516d\u7bc7\u70baSCI\u4e00\u5340\u671f\u520a\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u5373\u6240\u6709\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u4e2d\u6700\u9802\u5c16\u768425%\uff09\u53ca\u4e09\u7bc7\u570b\u969b\u6703\u8b70\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u4ee5\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u767c\u8868\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u6578\u91cf\u6709\u4e94\u7bc7\uff08\u4e09\u7bc7\u70baSCI\u4e00\u5340\u671f\u520a\u8ad6\u6587\uff09\u30022021\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u3008LC\u8026\u5408\u6df7\u5408\u6709\u6e90\u96fb\u529b\u6ffe\u6ce2\u5668\u96fb\u6d41\u63a7\u5236\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u8207\u5be6\u73fe\u3009\u5728\u570b\u969b\u96fb\u6a5f\u96fb\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u5b78\u6703\u5de5\u696d\u96fb\u5b50\u5b78\u6703\u6fb3\u9580\u5206\u6703\u8209\u8fa6\u76842020\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u8ad6\u6587\u6bd4\u8cfd\u596a\u5f97\u51a0\u8ecd\u3002<\/p><p>\u8607\u5049\u5091\u5f37\u8abf\uff1a\u300c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u5b78\u7fd2\u6216\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u8981\u9054\u5230\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u90fd\u96e2\u4e0d\u958b\u6df1\u5ea6\u7684\u601d\u8003\u548c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u5c08\u6ce8\u529b\uff01\u300d\u70ba\u907f\u514d\u5916\u754c\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u601d\u8003\u548c\u5b78\u7fd2\u6642\u7fd2\u6163\u628a\u624b\u6a5f\u653e\u5230\u96e3\u4ee5\u4f38\u624b\u89f8\u53ca\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u4ed6\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u79d1\u7814\u4eba\u54e1\u947d\u7814\u96e3\u984c\u6642\uff0c\u7d93\u5e38\u8981\u7528\u5230\u300c\u6df1\u5ea6\u5de5\u4f5c\u300d\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u7576\u4ed6\u5011\u63a2\u7d22\u67d0\u4e00\u4e8b\u7269\u6216\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u7de3\u7531\u6642\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5168\u795e\u8cab\u6ce8\u5730\u67e5\u627e\u76f8\u95dc\u8cc7\u6599\u548c\u6587\u737b\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u5b78\u7fd2\u3001\u601d\u8003\u548c\u5206\u6790\u3002\u300c\u4e2d\u9014\u82e5\u88ab\u5176\u4ed6\u4fe1\u606f\u6216\u4e8b\u60c5\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u6642\u5019\u8166\u6d77\u4e2d\u7684\u601d\u7dd2\u5c31\u6703\u4e2d\u65b7\uff0c\u6548\u7387\u4e5f\u6703\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u5247\u5f15\u81f4\u554f\u984c\u9072\u9072\u4e0d\u80fd\u89e3\u6c7a\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u6df1\u5ea6\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5efa\u8b70<\/p><p>\u6fb3\u5927\u6301\u7e8c\u9032\u4fee\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u3001\u5de5\u5546\u7ba1\u7406\u5b78\u9662\u5e02\u5834\u5b78\u6559\u6388\u5289\u4e01\u5df1\uff0c\u5c08\u7cbe\u5e02\u5834\u71df\u92b7\u3001\u54c1\u724c\u5efa\u8a2d\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u8207\u6230\u7565\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u66fe\u767c\u8868\u4e2d\u82f1\u6587\u5b78\
