2009\u5e74\u4e2d\u592e\u5ba3\u4f48\u958b\u767c\u6a6b\u7434\uff0c\u4e26\u6279\u51c6\u6fb3\u5927\u5728\u6a6b\u7434\u5efa\u65b0\u6821\u5340\uff0c\u70ba\u6fb3\u5927\u5e36\u4f86\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u9047\u30022021\u5e749\u6708\u300a\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u767c\u4f48\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u70ba\u6fb3\u9580\u7522\u696d\u591a\u5143\u5316\u767c\u5c55\u5275\u9020\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u300a\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u4e2d\u4e94\u5ea6\u63d0\u53ca\u6fb3\u5927\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8981\u9ad8\u6a19\u6e96\u5efa\u8a2d\u6fb3\u5927\u7b49\u9662\u6821\u7684\u7522\u5b78\u7814\u793a\u7bc4\u57fa\u5730\u3001\u52a0\u5feb\u63a8\u9032\u6fb3\u5927\u8207\u6a6b\u7434\u53e3\u5cb8\u7684\u5c08\u7528\u901a\u9053\u5efa\u8a2d\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u8207\u5408\u4f5c\u5340\u4e4b\u9593\u5efa\u8a2d\u65b0\u578b\u667a\u80fd\u5316\u53e3\u5cb8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4fbf\u5229\u6fb3\u5927\u5e2b\u751f\u9032\u51fa\u5408\u4f5c\u5340\u7b49\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u65b0\u8209\u63aa\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u6fb3\u5927\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u767c\u5c55\u63a8\u5411\u66f4\u9ad8\u53f0\u968e\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u4eba\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u8fce\u4f86\u65b0\u4e00\u8f2a\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u9047\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u5b8b\u6c38\u83ef\u6821\u9577\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300a\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u63a8\u52d5\u843d\u5be6\u5927\u7063\u5340\u767c\u5c55\u898f\u5283\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u8209\u63aa\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e2d\u592e\u652f\u6301\u6fb3\u9580\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7e41\u69ae\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u539a\u79ae\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u6fb3\u9580\u66f4\u597d\u878d\u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u5927\u5c40\u3002\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u628a\u63e1\u6a5f\u9047\uff0c\u8207\u6a6b\u7434\u5728\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u990a\u3001\u79d1\u7814\u5275\u65b0\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u958b\u5c55\u66f4\u591a\u548c\u66f4\u7dca\u5bc6\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5728\u7522\u5b78\u7814\u65b9\u9762\u7522\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u6fb3\u5927\u6574\u9ad4\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u98db\u8e8d\u548c\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n

\u70ba\u767c\u5c55\u4fc3\u9032\u6fb3\u9580\u7d93\u6fdf\u9069\u5ea6\u591a\u5143\u7684\u65b0\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u300a\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u63d0\u51fa\u5927\u529b\u767c\u5c55\u96c6\u6210\u96fb\u8def\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u5143\u5668\u4ef6\u3001\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u3001\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u3001\u5927\u6578\u64da\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u3001\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u3001\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u85e5\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u69cb\u5efa\u7279\u8272\u82af\u7247\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u6e2c\u8a66\u548c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u5fae\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u696d\u93c8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u7b49\u6fb3\u9580\u54c1\u724c\u5de5\u696d\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u9818\u57df\u6b63\u662f\u6fb3\u5927\u8fd1\u5e74\u63a8\u52d5\u7684\u91cd\u9ede\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u66f4\u5df2\u6709\u6210\u679c\u6b63\u5728\u6a6b\u7434\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u9762\u5411\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u79d1\u6280\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u9577\u9808\u6210\u5fe0\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300a\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u56db\u985e\u65b0\u7522\u696d\u4e2d\uff0c\u79d1\u6280\u7814\u767c\u548c\u9ad8\u7aef\u88fd\u9020\u7522\u696d\u4f4d\u5217\u9996\u4f4d\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u6fb3\u5927\u52a0\u5feb\u79d1\u6280\u7814\u767c\u548c\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5982\u667a\u6167\u57ce\u5e02\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u7121\u4eba\u99d5\u99db\u9805\u76ee\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u7522\u696d\u662f\u6fb3\u9580\u767c\u5c55\u591a\u5143\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7a81\u7834\u53e3\uff0c\u4e2d\u85e5\u8cea\u91cf\u7814\u7a76\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4e3b\u4efb\u738b\u4e00\u6fe4\u6559\u6388\u8a8d\u70ba\u300a\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u5145\u5206\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u570b\u5bb6\u5c0d\u6fb3\u9580\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\u5340\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u7522\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u9ad8\u5c4b\u5efa\u74f4\u898f\u5283\u3002\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u300a\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u70ba\u6fb3\u9580\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u7522\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u7cb5\u6fb3\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u7522\u5b78\u7814\u6df1\u5ea6\u878d\u5408\u660e\u78ba\u4e86\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u4e2d\u85e5\u8cea\u91cf\u7814\u7a76\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u548c\u6fb3\u9580\u4e2d\u85e5\u7814\u767c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5c07\u6309\u7167\u7e3d\u9ad4\u65b9\u6848\u6307\u5f15\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u7814\u767c\u88fd\u9020\u70ba\u5207\u5165\u9ede\uff0c\u5f37\u5316\u7522\u5b78\u7814\u6df1\u5ea6\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u5177\u6709\u81ea\u4e3b\u77e5\u8b58\u7522\u6b0a\u548c\u4e2d\u570b\u7279\u8272\u7684\u91ab\u85e5\u5275\u65b0\u7814\u767c\u8207\u8f49\u5316\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n
