DIVIDE\uff09\u4f9d\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u7d93\u806f\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u5927\u6703\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7d61\u4fe1\u606f\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08CNNIC\uff09\u4fe1\u606f\u670d\u52d9\u90e8\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u738b\u6069\u6d77\u7576\u9078\u70ba\u806f\u76df\u79d8\u66f8\u9577\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e0b\u5c46\u6703\u8b70\u5c07\u5728\u97d3\u570b\u6f22\u57ce\u8209\u8fa6\u3002<\/p><p>\u4f86\u81ea\u570b\u969b\u901a\u8a0a\u806f\u76df\uff08ITU\uff09\u3001\u4e2d\u570b\u5169\u5cb8\u56db\u5730\u3001\u97d3\u570b\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u3001\u6cf0\u570b\u7b49\u570b\u5bb6\/\u5730\u5340\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\u3001\u5b78\u8005\u53c3\u52a0\u4e86\u662f\u6b21\u6703\u8b70\u3002\u6703\u8b70\u5167\u5bb9\u5206\u70ba\u570b\u5bb6\/\u5730\u5340\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8abf\u67e5\u5831\u544a\u548c\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u61c9\u7528\u4e3b\u984c\u5831\u544a\u5169\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u5728\u570b\u5bb6\/\u5730\u5340\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8abf\u67e5\u5831\u544a\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u4ee3\u8868\u5f35\u69ae\u986f\u8a73\u7d30\u4ecb\u7d39\u4e862001\u5e74\u548c2003\u5e74\u6fb3\u9580\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u767c\u5c55\u72c0\u6cc1\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u8207\u6703\u8005\u5c0d\u6fb3\u9580\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u5831\u544a\u4e2d\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d71\u8a08\u548c\u7db2\u6c11\u5c0d\u653f\u5e9c\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u8a55\u50f9\u986f\u793a\u4e86\u6fc3\u539a\u7684\u8208\u8da3\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u73fe\u5834\u63d0\u554f\u548c\u5834\u4e0b\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<\/p><p>\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u793e\u6703\u53ca\u4eba\u6587\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u50b3\u64ad\u7cfb\u7684\u5f35\u69ae\u986f\u8b1b\u5e2b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u767c\u5c55\u8fc5\u901f\uff0c\u5404\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u5c0d\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\u7d71\u8a08\u6b63\u65e5\u8da8\u6210\u719f\u3002\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u5404\u5730\u5728\u7d71\u8a08\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u8abf\u67e5\u6642\u9593\u3001\u554f\u5377\u8a2d\u8a08\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u4e0d\u76e1\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u7d50\u679c\u7121\u6cd5\u4f5c\u6a6b\u5411\u6bd4\u8f03\uff0c\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5dee\u7570\u96e3\u4ee5\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u70ba\u5730\u5340\u9593\u5408\u4f5c\u8207\u4ea4\u6d41\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u6709\u529b\u63d0\u5347\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u7684\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u696d\u548c\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p><p>\u5f35\u69ae\u986f\u540c\u6642\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7684\u8fc5\u731b\u767c\u5c55\u7d66\u4e16\u754c\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u5404\u5730\u7684\u4e0a\u7db2\u5f62\u614b\u985e\u4f3c\uff0c\u4f46\u5404\u5730\u5340\u666e\u904d\u5b58\u5728\u8457\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u5206\u4f48\u4e0d\u5747\u8861\u7684\ue65f\u6578\u4f4d\u9d3b\u6e9d\ue6fc\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u5c0d\u5404\u5730\u5340\u7684\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u767c\u5c55\u72c0\u6cc1\u9032\u884c\u7d71\u8a08\u3001\u5206\u6790\u548c\u6bd4\u8f03\uff0c\u63a2\u8a0e\u5404\u5730\u5340\u767c\u5c55\u4e0d\u5747\u8861\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u901a\u904e\u8a0e\u8ad6\u548c\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u80fd\u5171\u540c\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4e00\u5957\u65e2\u9054\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\u3001\u53c8\u9069\u5408\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u7684\u95dc\u65bc\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u4f7f\u7528\u60c5\u6cc1\u7684\u6307\u6a19\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u8b93\u6c7a\u7b56\u8005\u5236\u5b9a\u6709\u6548\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u7e2e\u5c0f\u5340\u57df\u5dee\u8ddd\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5171\u540c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u7684\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u767c\u5c55\u3001\u589e\u5f37\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u5728\u570b\u969b\u4e0a\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u5be6\u529b\u548c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u3002<\/p><p>\u662f\u6b21\u6703\u8b70\u9084\u5c31\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8207\u793e\u6703\u4fe1\u4efb\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3001\u5167\u5730\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u65b0\u5546\u6a5f\u3001\u6e2c\u91cf\u96fb\u5b50\u5546\u52d9\u3001\u5bec\u983b\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u653f\u52d9\u3001\u8cc7\u8a0a\u901a\u4fe1\u6280\u8853\u6e2c\u91cf\u3001\u8abf\u67e5\u8cc7\u6599\u6df1\u5c64\u5206\u6790\u8207\u6316\u6398\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u9032\u884c\u7cbe\u5f69\u6f14\u8b1b\u548c\u610f\u898b\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002<\/p><p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u806f\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u5927\u6703\u4e0a\uff0c\u8207\u6703\u8005\u4e00\u81f4\u63a8\u9078\u4e2d\u570b\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7d61\u4fe1\u606f\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08CNNIC\uff09\u4fe1\u606f\u670d\u52d9\u90e8\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u738b\u6069\u6d77\u70ba\u806f\u76df\u79d8\u66f8\u9577\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e0b\u5c46\u6703\u8b70\u5c07\u5728\u97d3\u570b\u6f22\u57ce\u8209\u8fa6\u3002<\/p><p>APIRA\u7684\u5168\u7a31\u662fAsia-Pacific Internet Research Alliance (http:\/\/www.apira.org)\uff0c\u662f\u53bb\u5e749\u6708\u7531\u4e2d\u570b\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8def\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08CNNIC\uff09\u727d\u982d\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u81ea\u767c\u7684\u3001\u975e\u76c8\u5229\u7684\u3001\u5340\u57df\u6027\u5b78\u8853\u6027\u7d44\u7e54\u3002\u5176\u65e8\u5728\u52a0\u5f37\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u8207\u6bd4\u8f03\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d71\u8a08\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u5404\u570b\u5404\u5730\u5340\u7684\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8abf\u67e5\u7814\u7a76\u5c08\u6848\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5171\u540c\u767c\u5c55\u3002APIRA \u81ea\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u4f86\u5df2\u7d93\u5728\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u8a72\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u9664\u4e86\u4e94\u500b\u767c\u8d77\u55ae\u4f4d\u4e2d\u570b\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7d61\u4fe1\u606f\u4e2d\u5fc3(CNNIC) Macau)\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u525b\u525b\u7d50\u675f\u7684\u806f\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u6703\u8b70\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f86\u81ea\u65e5\u672c\u7684AMI\u516c\u53f8\uff08Access Media
