The Faculty of Law of the University of Macau has published 3 Chinese law books, namely \u201cDireito do Investimento Internacional das Sociedades Transnacionais\u201d, \u201cTeoria Geral do Direito Civil (Chinese version) \u201d and \u201cIntrodu\u00e7\u00e3o ao Direito Penal Especial de Macau\u201d.<\/p>

Both Jianhong Fan and Qing Tian are the chief editors and authors of \u201cDireito do Investimento Internacional das Sociedades Transnacionais\u201d. The book covers: law of transnational corporations, economic law and corporations law in European Union, international investment law of transnational corporations, theories and ways of international investment, international investment system and analysis, as well as investment contract and disputes of international investment. \u201cTeoria Geral do Direito Civil \u201d was originally written by Orlando de Carvalho for the second year students of the law programme of the academic year 1980\/81 in the Faculty of Law of Coimbra University. With the sponsorship from the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR government, this book has been rendered into Chinese by Vong Hin Fai. \u201cIntrodu\u00e7\u00e3o ao Direito Penal Especial de Macau\u201d has also been sponsored by the Legal Affairs Bureau. Zhao Guoqiang is the chief editor and author. Other authors include Choi Keng Fai, Chan Hai Fan, Sek Loi, Lio Chi Chong, Lap Hong Lou Silva, Luo Shaoxiong and Hu Rongrong.<\/p>

A launching ceremony will be held for these new books, on 24 October at 3:30 pm, in S.T.D.M Auditorium of the International Library of the University of Macau. Interested parties are welcome.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
