{"id":193421,"date":"2008-07-29T14:40:48","date_gmt":"2008-07-29T06:40:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.um.edu.mo\/%e6%9c%aa%e5%88%86%e9%a1%9e\/2008\/07\/3251-zh_tw\/"},"modified":"2008-07-29T14:40:48","modified_gmt":"2008-07-29T06:40:48","slug":"3251","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.um.edu.mo\/zh-hant\/news-and-press-releases\/presss-release\/detail\/3251\/","title":{"rendered":"\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u5283\u767c\u4f482008\u6fb3\u9580\u8cc7\u8a0a\u50b3\u64ad\u79d1\u6280\u6307\u6a19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u7531\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u300c\u6fb3\u9580\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u5283\u300d\u5370\u88fd\u4e4b\u300c\u6fb3\u9580\u8cc7\u8a0a\u50b3\u64ad\u79d1\u6280\u6307\u6a19\u8abf\u67e52008\u300d\u5e74\u5ea6\u520a\u7269\u65e5\u524d\u6b63\u5f0f\u767c\u884c\u3002\u622a\u6b62\u53bb\u5e74\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u672c\u6fb3\u7684\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u6ef2\u900f\u7387\u9054\u5230\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u516d\u5341\u56db\uff0c\u7531\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5275\u5efa\u4e4b\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u6578\u78bc\u9d3b\u6e9d\u6307\u6578\u6301\u7e8c\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u7531\u524d\u5e74\u76840.32\u4e0b\u964d\u81f3\u53bb\u5e74\u76840.28\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u672c\u6fb3\u7684\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u6ef2\u900f\u5df2\u9032\u5165\u666e\u7f85\u5927\u773e\uff0c\u5404\u968e\u5c64\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u4e0a\u7db2\u6a5f\u6703\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u9054\u81f4\u5e73\u7b49\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5f9e\u672c\u6fb3\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u57df\u540d\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u6578\u91cf\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u622a\u6b62\u53bb\u5e74\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e8c\u5343\u4e00\u767e\u4e03\u5341\u56db\u500b\u4ee5\u201c.mo\u201d\u767b\u8a18\u7684\u57df\u540d\uff0c\u4eba\u5747\u57df\u540d\u64c1\u6709\u91cf\u70ba\u6bcf\u842c\u540d\u7db2\u6c11\u64c1\u6709\u516d\u5341\u516d\u500b\uff0c\u9060\u9060\u4f4e\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u5167\u5730\u7684\u4e94\u767e\u516d\u5341\u516b\u500b\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u672c\u6fb3\u96d6\u7136\u5728\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u65b9\u9762\u9054\u5230\u767c\u9054\u570b\u5bb6\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4f46\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u8cc7\u6e90\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4f9d\u7136\u986f\u5f97\u8584\u5f31\u3002<\/p><p>\u64da\u8ca0\u8cac\u8a72\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u793e\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u53ca\u4eba\u6587\u5b78\u9662\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u5f35\u69ae\u986f\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u672c\u6fb3\u7684\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u666e\u53ca\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5df2\u7d93\u958b\u59cb\u9032\u5165\u6210\u719f\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5f9e\u986f\u793a\u63a1\u7d0d\u65b0\u79d1\u6280\u6a5f\u6703\u662f\u5426\u5747\u7b49\u7684\u6578\u78bc\u9d3b\u6e9d\u6307\u6578\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u5f9e\u524d\u5e74\u7684\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u5e73\u7b49\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4e0b\u964d\u81f3\u53bb\u5e74\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u5e73\u7b49\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u672c\u6fb3\u5404\u968e\u5c64\u63a1\u7d0d\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u6a5f\u6703\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u9010\u6f38\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u65b0\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3001\u5a1b\u6a02\u53ca\u6e9d\u901a\u5e73\u81fa\uff0c\u5177\u5099\u4e86\u901a\u5411\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u793e\u6703\u968e\u5c64\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p><p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5f35\u69ae\u986f\u540c\u6642\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u672c\u6fb3\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u79d1\u6280\u57fa\u790e\u8cc7\u6e90\u4f9d\u7136\u8584\u5f31\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u57df\u540d\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u53ea\u53ca\u570b\u5167\u7684\u5341\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5f9e\u904e\u5f80\u76f8\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u672c\u6fb3\u7db2\u6c11\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5916\u4f86\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u8981\u4fc3\u9032\u672c\u6fb3\u81ea\u4e3b\u767c\u653e\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u6e20\u9053\u767c\u5c55\u4ee5\u53ca\u6df1\u5316\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u5c64\u6b21\uff0c\u672c\u6fb3\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u958b\u653e\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u57df\u540d\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u4ee5\u53ca\u7c21\u5316\u767b\u8a18\u5236\u5ea6\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u570b\u969b\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u767b\u8a18\u4e00\u500b\u9802\u7d1a\u57df\u540d\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u201c.com\u201d\u6216\u201c.org\u201d\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5e74\u8cbb\u4e0d\u5230\u7f8e\u91d1\u5341\u5143\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u624b\u7e8c\u7c21\u55ae\uff0c\u4e0d\u7528\u901a\u904e\u8cc7\u683c\u5be9\u67e5\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u500b\u4eba\u6216\u6a5f\u69cb\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u53cd\u89c0\u672c\u6fb3\u7684\u201c.mo\u201d\u57df\u540d\u767b\u8a18\u53ea\u9650\u65bc\u5728\u672c\u6fb3\u5408\u6cd5\u767b\u8a18\u4e4b\u6a5f\u69cb\u624d\u80fd\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u624b\u7e8c\u8f03\u70ba\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u8cbb\u7528\u4ea6\u6bd4\u9802\u7d1a\u57df\u540d\u5c1a\u8981\u8cb4\u4e00\u500d\u591a\u3002\u5f35\u69ae\u986f\u547c\u7c72\uff0c\u958b\u653e\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u8cc7\u6e90\u4e43\u5927\u52e2\u6240\u8da8\uff0c\u672c\u6fb3\u5728\u8d70\u5411\u570b\u969b\u5316\u4e4b\u969b\uff0c\u5728\u9019\u65b9\u9762\u61c9\u6301\u66f4\u958b\u653e\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u3002<\/p><p>\u6709\u95dc\u6fb3\u9580\u8cc7\u8a0a\u50b3\u64ad\u79d1\u6280\u6307\u6a19\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u81ea2007\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u7531\u300c\u6fb3\u9580\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u5283\u300d\u6bcf\u5e74\u51fa\u7248\u4e00\u671f\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u904e\u53bb\u4e03\u5e74\u4f86\u6301\u7e8c\u5c0d\u6fb3\u9580\u8cc7\u8a0a\u50b3\u64ad\u79d1\u6280\u74b0\u5883\u9032\u884c\u76e3\u5bdf\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u7d9c\u5408\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5411\u516c\u773e\u5448\u73fe2001\u5e74\u81f32007\u5e74\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u8cc7\u8a0a\u50b3\u64ad\u79d1\u6280\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u8ecc\u8de1\u3002<\/p><p>\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u6307\u6a19\u2015\u2015\u6578\u78bc\u9d3b\u6e9d\u6307\u6578(digital divide
