\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u50b3\u64ad\u9031\u7684\u4e3b\u984c\u70ba\u300c\u50b3\u64ad\u65b0\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u767c\u653e\u6b63\u80fd\u91cf\u300d\uff0c\u91cd\u9ede\u662f\u63a2\u8a0e\u50b3\u5a92\u5728\u793e\u6703\u8b8a\u9077\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53ef\u767c\u63ee\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u793e\u6703\u9032\u6b65\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u5c46\u6642\u5c07\u6703\u9080\u8acb\u6e2f\u6fb3\u53ca\u5167\u5730\u7684\u8cc7\u6df1\u50b3\u5a92\u4eba\u58eb\u9032\u884c\u5c08\u984c\u8b1b\u5ea7\u3001\u64ad\u51fa\u5be6\u7fd2\u5c08\u984c\u7247\u53ca\u767c\u4f48\u5be6\u7fd2\u96dc\u8a8c\u300a\u50b3\u4eba\u985e\u300b\u3002\u4e3b\u8fa6\u55ae\u4f4d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u900f\u904e\u6d3b\u52d5\u63a8\u52d5\u5b78\u751f\u95dc\u5fc3\u793e\u6703\u3001\u95dc\u5fc3\u6fb3\u9580\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u767c\u63ee\u65b0\u6642\u4ee3\u7684\u50b3\u64ad\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p><p>\u672c\u5e74\u5ea6\u300c\u50b3\u64ad\u9031\u300d\u958b\u5e55\u79ae\u5c07\u65bc\u5468\u4e00\u4e2d\u5348\u5341\u4e8c\u6642\u534a\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u591a\u7528\u9014\u6d3b\u52d5\u5ba4(\u4e52\u4e53\u7403\u5ba4)\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u5c46\u6642\u5c07\u7531\u526f\u6821\u9577\u4f55\u9806\u6587\u6559\u6388\u7b49\u5609\u8cd3\u4e3b\u79ae\u3002\u958b\u5e55\u5100\u5f0f\u4e0a\uff0c\u5c07\u540c\u6642\u9032\u884c\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be6\u7fd2\u520a\u7269\u300a\u50b3\u4eba\u985e\u300b\u65b0\u66f8\u767c\u4f48\u6703\u53ca\u64ad\u653e\u7fd2\u4f5c\u5c08\u984c\u7247\u300a\u56de\u6b78\u7d00\u5ff5\u518a\u300b\u3002\u91dd\u5c0d\u6fb3\u9580\u56de\u6b78\u5341\u5e74\u4f86\u570b\u969b\u5730\u4f4d\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u958b\u5e55\u5100\u5f0f\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c07\u96a8\u5373\u8209\u884c\u7531\u300a\u4e9e\u6d32\u9031\u520a\u300b\u7e3d\u7de8\u8f2f\u90b1\u7acb\u672c\u4e3b\u8b1b\u7684\u300c\u4e9e\u6d32\u773c\u770b\u6fb3\u9580\u300d\u8b1b\u5ea7\uff0c\u90b1\u7acb\u672c\u5c07\u5f9e\u570b\u969b\u50b3\u5a92\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u95e1\u8ff0\u4ed6\u5011\u773c\u4e2d\u6fb3\u9580\u904e\u53bb\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u8b8a\u9077\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u63a2\u8a0e\u6fb3\u9580\u5728\u570b\u969b\u50b3\u5a92\u773c\u4e2d\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u3002<\/p><p>\u50b3\u64ad\u9031\u7b2c\u4e8c\u65e5\u6b63\u503c\u300c\u4e94\u2027\u4e00\u4e8c\u300d\u56db\u5ddd\u6c76\u5ddd\u5927\u5730\u9707\u9031\u5e74\u796d\uff0c\u6d3b\u52d5\u9080\u8acb\u5230\u66fe\u7d93\u524d\u5f80\u56db\u5ddd\u5730\u9707\u707d\u5340\u4f5c\u524d\u7dda\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u524d\u65b0\u83ef\u793e\u56db\u5ddd\u5206\u793e\u793e\u9577\u4f55\u5927\u65b0\u5148\u751f\u53ca\u300a\u6fb3\u9580\u65e5\u5831\u300b\u526f\u63a1\u8a2a\u7e3d\u4e3b\u4efb\u674e\u6c38\u9806\u5148\u751f\u4ee5\u300c\u50b3\u5a92\u80fd\u898b\u5ea6\u300d\u70ba\u984c\u4f5c\u6f14\u8b1b\uff0c\u8207\u540c\u5b78\u5206\u4eab\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u56db\u5ddd\u5730\u9707\u707d\u5340\u63a1\u8a2a\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u95e1\u8ff0\u50b3\u5a92\u5728\u91cd\u5927\u793e\u6703\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5982\u4f55\u51dd\u805a\u793e\u6703\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u63ed\u793a\u707d\u96e3\u4e2d\u53ef\u8cb4\u7684\u4eba\u6027\u3002\u7576\u65e5\u73fe\u5834\u5c07\u70ba\u6bcf\u4f4d\u5609\u8cd3\u53ca\u89c0\u773e\u6d3e\u767c\u7d00\u5ff5\u9ed1\u7d72\u5e36\uff0c\u4e26\u8209\u884c\u300c\u4e00\u5206\u9418\u9ed8\u54c0\u60bc\u5ff5\u300d\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u300c\u50b3\u5a92\u80fd\u898b\u5ea6\u300d\u8b1b\u5ea7\u5c07\u65bc\u4e94\u6708\u5341\u4e8c\u65e5\u4e2d\u5348\u5341\u4e8c\u6642\u534a\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u591a\u7528\u9014\u6d3b\u52d5\u5ba4(\u4e52\u4e53\u7403\u5ba4)\u8209\u884c\u3002<\/p><p>\u4eca\u5e74\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u9762\u81e8\u8af8\u5982\u300c\u8208\u5efa\u6a6b\u7434\u6821\u5340\u300d\u3001\u300c\u8ab2\u7a0b\u6539\u9769\u300d\u7b49\u8af8\u591a\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u4e94\u6708\u5341\u4e09\u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u4e09\uff09\u4e2d\u5348\u4e00\u6642\u50b3\u64ad\u9031\u6d3b\u52d5\u5c07\u79fb\u5e2b\u6fb3\u5927\u5716\u66f8\u9928STDM\u6f14\u8b1b\u5ef3\u8209\u884c\u6821\u653f\u4ea4\u6d41\u6703\uff0c\u5c46\u6642\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u526f\u6821\u9577\u4f55\u9806\u6587\u6559\u6388\u7b49\u591a\u4f4d\u6821\u65b9\u9818\u5c0e\u5c07\u51fa\u5e2d\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u89e3\u7b54\u5b78\u751f\u53ca\u6559\u8077\u54e1\u5c0d\u5b78\u6821\u8a2d\u65bd\u53ca\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u7591\u554f\uff0c\u6d3b\u52d5\u671f\u9593\u5c07\u6703\u64ad\u653e\u6821\u5712\u65b0\u805e\u5c08\u984c\u7247\u300a\u6642\u4e8b\u8ffd\u64ca\u300b\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u5b78\u751f\u591a\u95dc\u5fc3\u6821\u5712\u4e8b\u3001\u95dc\u5fc3\u8eab\u908a\u4e8b\u3002<\/p><p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7d44\u7e54\uff08NGO\uff09\u5982\u4f55\u900f\u904e\u5927\u773e\u50b3\u5a92\u50b3\u9054\u7406\u5ff5\u4ea6\u662f\u8fd1\u5e74\u570b\u969b\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u4e94\u6708\u5341\u56db\u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u56db\uff09\u7684\u50b3\u64ad\u9031\u6d3b\u52d5\u5c07\u8209\u884c\u300cNGO\u50b3\u653b\u7565 \u300d\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u9999\u6e2f\u95dc\u6ce8\u6027\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u5718\u9ad4\u300c\u7d2b\u85e4\u300d\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u56b4\u6708\u84ee\u53ca\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u6559\u80b2\u57fa\u91d1\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u5468\u5146\u7965\u535a\u58eb\u4e3b\u8b1b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9664\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u5df1\u900f\u904e\u50b3\u5a92\u50b3\u64ad\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u5c07\u5c31\u300cNGO
