\u6bcf\u5e74\u7531\u5916\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u8207\u7814\u7a76\u51fa\u7248\u793e\uff08FLTRP\uff09\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u528d\u6a4b\u5927\u5b78\u51fa\u7248\u793e\uff08CUP\uff09\u548c\u570b\u969b\u8faf\u8ad6\u6559\u80b2\u5354\u6703\uff08IDEA\uff09\u806f\u5408\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6703\uff08CELEA\uff09\u3001\u82f1\u8a9e\u53e3\u8a9e\u806f\u76df\uff08ESU\uff09\u3001\u300a\u82f1\u8a9e\u5b78\u7fd2\u300b\u96dc\u8a8c\u5354\u8fa6\uff0c\u70ba\u5168\u4e2d\u570b\u6c34\u6e96\u6700\u9ad8\u53ca\u5f71\u97ff\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5168\u570b\u82f1\u8a9e\u8faf\u8ad6\u6bd4\u8cfd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u3000\u3000\u8cfd\u524d\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u82f1\u8a9e\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u7a4d\u6975\u52aa\u529b\u5099\u6230\uff0c\u722d\u53d6\u4ee5\u6700\u4f73\u8868\u73fe\u8d74\u8cfd\u3002\u5728\u8cc7\u6df1\u968a\u54e1Omoleye Segun Emmanuel\u7684\u966a\u540c\u548c\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u968a\u54e1\u6797\u81f4\u9060\u548c\u738b\u8302\u5fae\u7d93\u904e\u5341\u4e8c\u56de\u5408\u6df1\u5165\u4e14\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u8faf\u8ad6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e5d\u56de\u6dd8\u6c70\u8cfd\u3001\u4e09\u5341\u4e8c\u5f37\u8cfd\u4e8b\u3001\u5341\u516d\u5f37\u8cfd\u4e8b\u53ca\u56db\u5f37\u8cfd\u4e8b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u82f1\u8a9e\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u6210\u529f\u8207\u5357\u958b\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u53ca\u5317\u4eac\u5de5\u696d\u5927\u5b78\u4e00\u540c\u51fa\u7dda\uff0c\u6649\u8eab\u6c7a\u8cfd\u3002\u6700\u7d42\u6fb3\u5927\u5f97\u5206\u50c5\u6b21\u65bc\u5357\u958b\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u5728\u6c7a\u8cfd\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u7b2c\u4e8c\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u3000\u3000\u6191\u662f\u6b21\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u6210\u7e3e\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u82f1\u8a9e\u8faf\u8ad6\u968a\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u82f1\u8a9e\u8faf\u8ad6\u754c\u4e2d\u540d\u5217\u524d\u8305\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u8a72\u968a\u65bc\u591a\u9805\u5168\u570b\u8cfd\u4e2d\u5c62\u7372\u9a55\u4eba\u6210\u7e3e\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u82f1\u8a9e\u8faf\u8ad6\u6c34\u5e73\u53ef\u5ab2\u7f8e\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u5fa9\u65e6\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u57ce\u5e02\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b78\u7b49\u512a\u79c0\u5b78\u5e9c\u3002
