align=\"center\">\n\t\t\t\t\u535c\u6a02\u8207\u65b0\u5317\u5e02\u5e02\u9577\u6731\u7acb\u502b\u5408\u7167<\/td>\n\t\t<\/tr>\n\t<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>\n\t2012\u6d77\u5cfd\u5c0b\u65b0\u53f0\u5317\u8ad6\u58c7\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u9806\u5229\u8209\u884c\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u8ad6\u58c7\u753121\u4e16\u7d00\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u3001\u53f0\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u9818\u8896\u6559\u80b2\u5b78\u793e\u3001\u53f0\u5317\u5e02\u6d77\u5cfd\u5c0b\u65b0\u5354\u6703\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u4e2d\u570b\u5167\u5730\u3001\u53f0\u7063\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u7b49\u570b\u5bb6\u8207\u5730\u5340\u768420\u4f4d\u9752\u5e74\u4ee3\u8868\u9f4a\u805a\u53f0\u5317\uff0c\u66a2\u8ac7\u5169\u5cb8\u8b70\u984c\u3002\u6fb3\u9580\u5927\u5b78\u653f\u5e9c\u8207\u884c\u653f\u5b78\u7cfb\u570b\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u5c08\u696d\u78a9\u58eb\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u535c\u6a02\u5728\u6578\u767e\u4f4d\u5168\u7403\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u4e2d\u812b\u7a4e\u800c\u51fa\uff0c\u7372\u9078\u53c3\u8207\u8ad6\u58c7\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u4e5f\u662f\u6fb3\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u9996\u6b21\u7372\u9078\u53c3\u52a0\u6d77\u5cfd\u5c0b\u65b0\u8ad6\u58c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u6d77\u5cfd\u5c0b\u65b0\u8ad6\u58c7(Strait Talk)\u7531\u53f0\u88d4\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u6797\u67cf\u7ff0\u65bc2005\u5e74\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u5275\u8fa6\uff0c\u73fe\u4eca\u5728\u5e03\u6717\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u67cf\u514b\u840a\u5206\u6821\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b78\u53ca\u53f0\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u64c1\u6709\u5206\u6703\u3002\u8ad6\u58c7\u63a1\u7528\u66fe\u7d93\u6210\u529f\u89e3\u6c7a\u661f\u99ac\u885d\u7a81\u7684&ldquo;\u4e92\u52d5\u5f0f\u885d\u7a81\u89e3\u6c7a\u6703\u8ac7\uff08ICR\uff09&rdquo;\u4f5c\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u5728\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e26\u975e\u5f37\u8abf\u5229\u76ca\u5c0d\u6297\u6216\u610f\u8b58\u5f62\u614b\u7684\u8f38\u8d0f\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u900f\u904e\u50be\u807d\u7406\u89e3\u5c0d\u65b9\u89c0\u9ede\uff0c\u5728\u4e92\u52d5\u4e2d\u69cb\u5efa\u4e92\u4fe1\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5c0b\u6c42\u885d\u7a81\u89e3\u6c7a\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5728\u4e03\u5929\u516d\u591c\u7684\u5bc6\u96c6\u6703\u8ac7\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c0b\u6c42\u5169\u5cb8\u9752\u5e74\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u5617\u8a66\u5efa\u7acb\u4e16\u4ee3\u548c\u89e3\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u8207\u67b6\u69cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u5728\u6b64\u6b21\u8ad6\u58c7\u4e2d\uff0c\u535c\u6a02\u63d0\u51fa\u7684&ldquo;\u516c\u6c11\u793e\u6703\u4e2d\uff0c\u5169\u5cb8\u9752\u5e74\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u89c0\u683c\u5c40&rdquo;\u4ee5\u53ca&ldquo;\u65b0\u6642\u671f\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u5728\u5169\u5cb8\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272&rdquo;\u8b70\u984c\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u8a0e\u8ad6\u548c\u6df1\u523b\u53cd\u601d\u3002\u540c\u6642\u535c\u6a02\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u548c\u5e73\u8a08\u5283&ldquo;\u6fb3\u9580\u8ad6\u58c7&mdash;&mdash;\u6fb3\u9580\u89c0\u9ede\u770b\u5169\u5cb8&rdquo;\u5728\u71b1\u70c8\u8a0e\u8ad6\u548c\u5c08\u5bb6\u8a55\u5be9\u904e\u5f8c\u7372\u5f97\u901a\u904e\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc\u4e4b\u5f8c\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u5167\u7531\u63d0\u6848\u4ee3\u8868\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u63a8\u52d5\u8209\u884c\u3002\u4e3b\u8fa6\u65b9\u5e0c\u671b\u8207\u6703\u5b78\u751f\u4ee3\u8868\u80fd\u628a\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u7a2e\u5b50\u50b3\u64ad\u5230\u5169\u5cb8\u56db\u5730\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u9019\u500b\u4e16\u4ee3\u80fd\u4e92\u76f8\u8ad2\u89e3\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u6703\u6709\u4e92\u4fe1\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002<br
