National People\u2019s Congress Law Committee Chairman Mr. Qiao Xiaoyang will be the keynote speaker.\n\n\n* Since the new campus is not fully open to the public at the moment, only authorised vehicles are allowed to enter the new campus. For your convenience, shuttle services will be arranged between the new campus and Taipa Central Park\/ Macau Forum. You can also take a bus (MT3U or 37U) or taxi. If you plan to drive to the new campus, please make a prior registration with us to obtain a vehicle permit.
