The\ntwo parties signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on educational\ncooperation to promote exchanges between colleges and strengthen cooperation\nbetween the two universities.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under\nthe witness of Song and Fang, Janny Leung, college master of UM\u2019s Choi Kai Yau\nCollege, and Yin Xuefeng, executive dean of Tongji University\u2019s Guohao College,\nsigned the MOU. Based on the principles of mutual benefit, mutual promotion, and\ncommon development, the two universities will jointly explore the reform and\ndevelopment of the educational model of residential college system and enhance\nthe overall quality of talent cultivation in residential colleges. Song said\nthat UM and Tongji University have established a mature mechanism for student\nexchange and achieved fruitful results in academic and research collaboration,\nadding that the two universities will deepen their cooperation at the college\nand university levels to nurture top-notch talent for the country.
