A delegation led by Song\nBaowei, president of Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU), visited the University\nof Macau (UM) and was warmly received by UM Rector Yonghua Song. The two\nparties signed a student exchange agreement, aiming to promote student\nexchanges and reciprocal visits between the two universities.<\/p>\n\n

During\nthe meeting, Song said that UM is committed to nurturing talent who love the\ncountry and Macao and contributing to the development of the Guangdong-Hong\nKong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He added that NWPU is an important partner of UM,\nand the two universities will strengthen their cooperation and make greater\ncontributions to the national science and technology development and the\ncultivation of innovative talent. In addition, the delegation visited the State Key Laboratory of\nAnalog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things\nfor Smart City, and the UM Library. They also spoke highly of the university\u2019s\nresearch development.<\/p>
