Conteúdo	:	Mr Leong Ieng Wai, aka 0.38, who is an artist with autism from the Fuhong Society of Macau, will attend the opening ceremony and have an interaction session with participating students. The following guests will attend the ceremony: Tang Veng Si, head of the Rehabilitation Service Division, Social Welfare Bureau; David Pong, master of Choi Kai Yau College at UM; Prof Iu Vai Pan, master of the Stanley Ho East Asia College at UM; Dr Manuel Antonio Noronha, associate master of Moon Chun Memorial College at UM; Dr Natalie Wong, resident fellow of the Henry Fok Pearl Jubilee College at UM; Dr Peter Yu, dean of students at UM; and representatives from the Fuhong Society of Macau.
