Stiglitz, Nobel laureate in economic sciences, one of the most important economists of our time, and chair of the Commission of Experts of the President of the United Nation General Assembly on Reforms of the International Monetary and Financial System, will give a talk entitled “ The Price of Inequality” at the University of Macau. In this talk Prof. Stiglitz will discuss the causes and consequences of inequality as well as the advantages and disadvantages of globalization and a free market system. |
