Lately, 28 students of the Faculty of Education of the University of Macau (UM) went to Auckland, New Zealand, to participate in an immersion programme in English language learning and teaching methods. The purpose of the programme is to improve students’ English proficiency, expand their horizons, and let them learn more about the local culture.
