The Institute for the Study of Commercial Gaming (ISCG) of UM yesterday (16 December) held the 2009 Graduation Ceremony of Diploma in Casino Management at the STDM Auditorium in the University Library at 11:00AM. Officiating guests included Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration Prof. Lai Neng, ISCG Director Dr. Davis Fong, and representatives of casino management personnel.
Prof. Lai notes in the speech that ever since its foundation in August, 2003, ISCG has been committed to promoting the healthy development of gaming industries in Macao and other parts of Asia. Through years of a trial-and-error process as well as the great support from the Macao SAR Government, local casinos, and Macao people from all walks of life, ISCG has laid a solid foundation in fulfilling its research and training functions.
