The Chinese-Portuguese Literary Translators Forum and the Award Ceremony for the First Chinese-Portuguese Literary Translation Contest, organised by the University of Macau (UM) Department of Portuguese, will be held on 27 September and 28 September. Comprised of five roundtable meetings, one seminar, and one translation workshop, the forum aims to provide a platform for experts and scholars from China and Portuguese-speaking countries to exchange ideas on translation and translation education. The opening ceremony for the forum will be held in the auditorium of UM Wu Yee Sun Library on 27 September at 10:00am. The award ceremony for winners of the contest will be held on 28 September at 4:30pm at the same venue.
